Today @ noon I am in this Acme & sure enough there are 3 carts full of frozen product sitting in the isle & no putting it away. I shopped for about 25 minutes when I finally took this picture. In the past (3 times) I have emailed Acme & they said they'd look into it. One time I even got an email back from them stating they spoke to the store manager & he...

My home backs up to woods and on the other side is the Acme Store in Woodbury Nj. We have trash building up in the woods as well shopping carts which are clogging the sewage drains for the street that I live on. This is becoming a public safety concern. The market and staff are great but there is no reason for this debris to be building in the woods which...

4/3/2019 Acme has always provided wonderful holiday accessories. More specifically, paper plates and napkins. I questioned an associate where the Easter plates and napkins were. The associate did inquire to the proper department associate and we were informed they never came in. The store had Passover plates and napkins. My complaint is - when the...

This morning at seven fifteen I went to shop. The acme store was to open at seven am. I went in through the out door. All employees enter this door until front door unlocked. After I finished shopping the manager told me not to enter the out door as I can break the door. She was quite serious and inappropriately angry. The store opens at seven am maybe...

ACME Markets deli dept.

I frequent this store every week if not several times a week. The Deli dept., is awful.
I went to day and waited 15 minutes to get waited on. Their were 2 ladies (older Ladies) working the counter. They are very good BUT very slow. And there are always 2 to 3 workers working in the back but they can see how many people are waiting and non of them stop what they are doing and help and get some customers waited on. It should not matter what they are doing "customers come first". There has been times when I just go past the deli and do not get what I would like because of the line and only the 2 older women are working.

I wanted to complain several times but didn't today just put me over the edge that I had to say something.

This deli dept., has been the same since they the Acme remodeled and changed
all the employees at the deli.

Just an FYI I have stood in line several times hearing other customers complaing to each other.

ACME Markets staff managers

Had a very bad experience in the store today. 11/26/18 The front end manager and the store manager are very unprofessional and rude. The front end women name is Elise. She questioned my $100 which is fine I totally understand that but the way she went about it was rude and embarrassing. Asking me where i got the bill and then calling the store manger instead of waiting for him. She continued her rudness in front of a line of customers acting very rude. Of course only 2 lanes are open as usual. Telling me she needs another form of payment. Not even waiting for the store manger. I had to use my credit card. After all was said and done the nasty store manager came she told him all was fine- since I was forced to use my credit card- i said excuse me i would like to speak to him he then looked at my bill and said it was fine- but was very nasty and said they got hit last night with fake bills. I worked down the road for 32 years was a customer but no longer will i be - acme in briarcliff manor NY 10510- missing all the regular crew from the A&P new staff is terrible-

ACME Markets poor customer service event in the lincroft nj store

I would like to explain that I have always had a good experience at all the Acme stores I frequent, except for my shopping visit today to the Lincroft NJ store 11/03/18 at 16:29. The bar code on the receipt was 00493200402811811031629 and it says that my Cashier was Elizabeth. The Cashier was not wearing a name tag on her red shirt, as I specifically looked for it.

The transaction number seems to be 11/03/18 16:[protected]

Just nine minutes before, at 16:20, (barcode 00493202300931811031620) I had a very good experience with a young man at Customer Service who helped me with a return. The receipt listed REY as the Cashier, but I do not know if he was using someone else's register to process my return, since he seemed to be handling several responsibilities. He was courteous and professional. At the time there were two young girls as cashiers working at the adjacent express check out, so I returned to this area for my final purchase.

As I approached, I smiled and asked both of them where I should place my items, as they were both currently without customers. Elizabeth was in the register area closer to the store isles and told me she would take care of me. As I began to unload my cart for checkout, she turned to the other girl and said, "it worked better when you were over at the other register because you don't do [censored] anyway" The other girl, shocked, said "excuse me?" I looked at the other girl and she was noticeably embarrassed as Elizabeth continued to berate her in front of me repeating her vulgar language. Saying "I see a lot around here and you don't do [censored]!" This one-sided attack continued as my eight items were rung-up. The other girl politely turned her attention to the approaching customer and continued to offer good service, smiling at the customer even after being verbally attacked.

Elizabeth then turn her attention to me and asked if I wanted to donate to something- I don't even remember what the cause was since she was so abrasive. I was angered and felt as though she needed some "cultural" retraining and I abruptly said "NO", gave her a look of distain and took my purchase to the young gentleman that had originally helped me, and I asked him if the Store Manager was available. He politely asked if he could be of assistance and I related the story. He asked me to confirm the two girls involved and I did, as I was only a few feet away from them. I asked again for the Manager and he informed me that he had just stepped out, but he would relate the comments to him.
The store Manager is listed as Frank Pickel

In a recent telephone survey, I had rated Acme as my favorite store and particularly commented on the quality of your meats and the superior service in all departments, rating the stores higher than Wegmans.

After today, I will probably drive the extra miles to the Shrewsbury Acme store to avoid shopping where there is such a hostile work atmosphere. As a University Professor, and a small business owner, it pains me to see such a young worker showing disrespect for both her coworkers and for the customers and I see no excuse for this. There were children near who could have been witness to her careless and crude comments. I would not tolerate that behavior in my classroom and I highly suggest this employee is disciplined- Extremely poor customer service from her, but the other parties involved handled themselves well.

ACME Markets customer service representative

I've been shopping at Acme in The Bryn Mawr, Rosemont area since there was an acme in Rosemont where the CVS now stands. I called the Penn St location in Bryn Mawr to ask what time the salad bar closed because the hour was getting late. Macalah answered the phone and informed me that she was not sure but she thinks they close at 9pm. I called at 7:30. I told her I was ony way and immediately began the walk to the store from my home near Rosemont as I do not drive. When I got there the salad bar was not only closed but Macalah looked like she could care less, and didn't even seem to register that I was the customer who she had just spoken to. She actually seemed to be in some kind of daze. As a mother of 5 and a school district employee, I know high when I see it. Although I am aware that you swab test your employees for drugs during the initial interview, may I suggest you pay attention to your employees and perform random drug test when an employee is visibly high. Bloodshot eyes and vacant expression to boot. Could have saved myself the trip and the aggravation. Will be checking out the salad bar at snap pizza in the future.

ACME Markets customer service

Last night 10/9/2018 while checking out at the Acme in Broomall PA front end manager Jackie was extremely rude about an issue where the register kept saying limit check and not accepting my card, When I explained my card was fine and requested the order be suspended and brought up at another register she made a rude comment about my finance and then proceeded to ignore me and only speak to the cashier telling her if it doesn't work on her register then it won't work on any. I have worked in retail many years and have used the trick several times. the cashier then brought my order back up on her own register and snatched my debit card out of my hand to enter them manually. This went on quite a while before I just decided to leave the cart there since the manager refused to help or come back over and the cashier was being very rude to me

ACME Markets unethical behavior

As I was waiting in line at the deli counter at the Acme in Middletown Delaware on October 8th 2018 the gentleman behind the counter was taking my order when a woman by the name of Wanda, an employee of Acme who was wearing her name tag, went behind the deli counter yelling and screaming that she had been waiting forever and had been ignored. She was actually there less than 30 seconds, the people behind the deli counter were clearly short handed AND there was a line of customers patiently waiting for their order. The gentleman who was slicing my order completely dropped everything to do go take care of Wanda, who by the looks of her uniform was management, due to the fact that she was making such a fuss. While the gentleman behind the counter was taking her order he repeatedly said to me that he was sorry for the inconvenience and he'll be with me shortly in front of Wanda and she not once said sorry or even acknowledged the fact that she had cut in front of 4-5 customers. As if her basically forcing herself to the head of the line by making a huge scene wasn't enough she then had the audacity to tell the employee to "Add an extra piece of chicken to my bag for making me wait" I have shopped at Acme all my life and have never seen something so disturbing. If Wanda is the type of person that you want not only representing your store but also managing it than I am not sure if Acme is going to be a place that my family and I continue to shop at.

ACME Markets expiration dates

I have shopped at the Audubon acme since it's been there. Actually I've shop at that store whatever the name is for 47 years. It's great that they finally did some desperate updating however looks are not everything. I have bought home expired items after the revamp. Just last week I pointed out that there were expired sour cream on the shelf. I saw an entire turkey breast in the lib meat counter with the expiration date clearly showing. I just got home from getting a few things and my box of macaroni has an expiration date of 9/18/18another trip back. They really need to get a grip on that i have never had this problem in the past would like to know what's going on. If this continues I may have to go elsewhere.

ACME Markets service

Just left Acme in Washington Township about 20 minutes ago due to a very rude employee (male older gentleman) who stopped me and without a greeting or an excuse me- just loudly tells me I can't use my own bag because we "can't see what's in it, and you can run out of here ." This is while I was shopping." You have to get a cart. "No explanation that it's a rule. Basically accusing me that I was going to steal from Acme. My family moved here 1987 and has been shopping there since, but I've told them to never go back. We are now ShopRite people. Two things I have I have to say about this are:1) It's a dark bag but I use so they don't have to give me a plastic bag, And, I've seen numerous people use burlap type bags . You can't see inside that. 2)I don't want to assume he's racist since I'm a Filipino that many think I'm Mexican. But who's to say in this era.
Nevertheless, if a company puts people out on the floor like this, it doesn't deserve our business. Family of 7.

ACME Markets condition of acme parking lot

I recently went to Acme supermarket in Triangle shopping center in Yorktown Heights NY and want to report the condition of their parking lot is disgraceful. They put shopping carts in huge potholes to warn people. While walking to my car I actually turned my ankle. The condition of parking lot has been bad for quite some time.
Driving in the parking lot is like driving on the moon!

ACME Markets lack of caring

My daughter and I were shopping at acme 2400 Delaware ave north Wildwood new jersey 08260. At the check out register my daughter slipped on a spill. No one even acknowledge that she slipped. They were only concern about the spill. I work for a market. I am very surprised that no one even asked if she was ok. Her knees were all red and she was covered in iced tea. I am just letting you know that your courtesy and employees did not even care about her. She is 9 and was embedded. Just letting you know how your employees treat people.

ACME Markets website

Since you changed the mobile app, I find it much more difficult to prepare my shopping list on y mobile. Instead, I have to do on the laptop and email my mobile. I have send a previous notice of this issue and I have not received any reply or suggestions as to how to make the pps work the way they used to prior to this new application was put in place. Also, I have send in a request that the Audubon, NJ store begin carrying Mahatma Spanish Rice and have not seen this in the store or received a reply on this matter either. I shop at Acme almost every week and as a loyal customer, I would hope someone would have the courtesy to respond. One more item...I no longer receive my receipts via email, and it appears all of my gas rewards have disappeared... Waiting for your response. Mary McHenry, [protected]@gmail.com

ACME Markets cashier at checkout

I usually don't take the time to complain about bad service, however, your customer service at the Bala-Cynwyd Pennsylvania Acme has gone down so bad I think you should know.
I have been a customer at this Acme for over 30 years, and I've watched your best people leave for various reasons.
My experience today was so bad that I doubt I will ever shop at that Acme again.
I entered the checkout lane, the light was on. As I entered the lane The cashier walked away from the register and started fixing her bags. I understand that they have to replenish their bags but as I'm standing there for several minutes and she's fiddling around with the bags this woman never lifted her head to knowledge my presence let alone say hello. Not to mention that I said "good morning" to her twice and she never responded. So now I'm thinking maybe she has a hearing problem and that's why she didn't respond even though in my opinion since she knew I was standing there she should've been polite enough to speak and to let me know she will be with me shortly.
Since I was standing there without any acknowledgement from her I asked if she was open, her response was " can't you see I'm fixing my bags". she mumbled some other statements I couldn't make out.
I think that you would agree that the appropriate response from her should have been something like this, " yes I'm open, please give me a moment to fix my bags, I'll be right with you "
I think you would also agree that if you're spending your money you deserve to at least have people treat you with respect. And believe me I know that goes both ways. I have the utmost respect for people that are in the service industry and 95% of them are great representatives for the Companies they work for, this woman was not.
I was going to come back to the store when I was finished some other errands instead I turned my car west and continued my shopping at the. Giant and Whole Foods where you are greeted by the employees and management, something that is non existent at this Acme.

ACME Markets handicap parking

I was just at the Acme market in Horsham PA, there is absolutely no handicap parking. Where there was parking it is now paved over. Not only did I have to park far out. But I almost fell twice and this is from a person that's had two strokes. This is unacceptable I am very disappointed with acne but they are so unfeeling to the handicap community. Are used to love to go to the Acme because they were right around the corner from my house but because of my experience 10 minutes ago I will now drive 2 miles to the J this is unacceptable I am very disappointed with acne but they are so unfeeling to the handicap community.
