I had two coupons that I had given the cashier and once I looked at the receipt after I had gotten home I realized that the coupons were not even scanned or put towards my receipt. The coupons would have taken $14 off of my total and they were not taken off and they were not given back to me. I am very upset with this as i should not have paid the full price for these items.

I never received anything and called Acme headquarters and they said I should be gotten it at store although on board it said anything over 200 has to be sent in.
I am heart broken that I never got it as I worked hard I. this and really needed the money for food.
digital coupons and technical services
I consistently experience problems with the DIgital Coupons, just for U. this program never works the way it was designed to. I have latest mobile phone and when going into the app, continuous shows "unable to access server", and when using my laptop at home, does not allow access, indicating "retry". I have re downloaded the App as well. Your program does not work. I use other store's digital coupons, (Wegman's & Shoprite's in my area)and other throughout the states in my travels, and never a problem. As I have advised many shoppers at Acme, shop in the other stores for better sale, value and no stress digital coupons. The process is a 3 step download & transfer, which should be simply ONE. Just check to select discount item and it DONE!
Most shoppers experience these same problems. complaining in store does not help and the service employees do not want to help people. My neighborhood store, Willingboro, NJ has a high percentage of Seniors and Disable Shoppers because it is located near 2 Senior and over 55 Developments.

A courtesy girl by the name of Nichole was smoking a vape behind the courtesy counter. It was on 8-21-19 at 7:25 ish ... It should be on tape ? This girl is a complainer, She has a bad attitude towards customers and employers . She makes faces out people that she things that are stupid ... she complains to other employees about how other people are stupid . It's just not right for a courtesy counter girl to smoke a vape behind the counter ... BAD for the store ! I wasn't the only one who saw she was smoking .

I was looking through all the aisles and noticed that almost all cereals and apples mostly breakfast food was severely expensive for $5 a normal box of cereal and $2.99 a pound of apples golden delicious- this store should go out of business and when it does I will be jumping for joy and relief of money overspending on necessities such as simple as apples! This store used to put their FRUIT DIP in a regular 2 piece round plastic container...now they've been putting it in a rectangular container that is one piece...sometimes the top is sealed so tight that when you do get it opened, the dip flies off the instead top of the container! AND since this same container has narrow 'RIBS' on the inside, so much of the dip is WASTED cause it's hard to clean it off! I complained about it several times but it is one ear & out the other! NO ONE IN MANAGEMENT EVER LISTENS TO THE CUSTOMER! Acme has TERRIBLE customer service!
Also -on SEVERAL occasions, I have found food on the shelves & in the cold cases that are WAY PAST their expiration date! I've brought it to their attention, but AGAIN no listens nor does anything about it!
Another complaint is that they took away the 'day old' bakery shelf! WHY? I used to be able to AFFORD to buy desert on that shelf! Which brings me to my LAST complaint - the PRICES! Some things are SO overpriced that I could go across the street to SHOP RITE or go 3 miles to the SUPER WALMART & find the SAME item for $1.00 - $3.00 CHEAPER! That's why I can no longer afford to but baked goods @ regular prices in Acme!

On july 8th I purchased purdue chicken. I did not check the date until I got home, but the sell by date was july 7. I opened the chicken as soon as I got home and it smelled awful. I returned the chicken to the acme in branmar plaza immediately. Frank, the store manager, was unapologetic but did give me a refund. Ironically, on nextdoor, my neighbors began complaining about purchasing expired items from this store. From yogurt to raw meat. I feel a responsibility to alert you to a potential health threat at this store. Lease investigate.

June 14, 2019 - I came into Acme to purchase a few things. I stopped at the Deli Department to purchase some salad. While waiting I pulled a number. I noticed down the other end where their salads were sold. Customers weren't taking numbers. So I asked a customer she informed me I did not need a number for that part of the Deli. When my turn came I processed to tell the associate (white woman) what I wanted. The associate was very rude and unprofessional with her language. Giving smart answers then processed to roll her eyes and laugh with another customer waiting to be served. I have been in customer service for over 12 years. I know this kind of behavior should not be so when dealing with the public. This associate needs to be retrained in customer service. After this incident, I left and call immediately called while in my car. I did talk to a Manager. He wanted to know what her name was I couldn't give him that. But I felt I should write in a complaint. Hopefully, Acme will address this associate about her customer service skillls. I really love shopping at Acme but right now I will take my money and business elsewhere.

My name is Michelle Barnett and my address is17 S Old Baltimore Pike, Newark DE 19702. My number is+[protected]. I was in store 871 on 05/28/19 @ 8:51 pm. I went to grab just 3 items. I went to the deli and NO ONE was working there. There was another customer waiting. The other customer had someone page for help. I left and came back and the same customer was waiting and still no employee yet. There was a black gentleman working in Seafood helping another black gentleman. I again left the deli and bumped into 3 Acme workers in the frozen food isle. They did apologize and were not able to work in the deli to help, but they did get on the intercom and again requested for someone to report ASAP to the deli. Again I went back to the deli and NO ONE was there except the other gentleman that was still waiting. This was about 30 min. I went to the seafood dept at this point. All I wanted was seafood salad from the deli, I saw that the seafood dept had it as well at this point, so I went to seafood and stood there and the black gentleman who was working there just stared at me. Finally I said "could I have a half pound of seafood salad please?" The worker looked at me and said "No I'm closed!" He knew I saw the other gentleman he waited on and he also knew me and another customer were waiting for over 30 min in the deli for help! I then was so angry I went to customer service and asked for a mgr. The manger asked if she could help me after she finished laughing and talking with another employee. I explained to her what happened and she said she paged someone to the deli and also sent someone outside to look for the deli employee. She did apologize and gave me a $10.00 gift card! I'm sorry but I am a night mgr and I work with customer service and that is awful customer service. Give me a $10.00 gift card to make it better that I waited with another customer for over 30 min for a deli person to show up which he never did, then I was pushed away from the seafood dept all over a half a pound of seafood salad, which was right in the case in front of that employee who clearly had no issues helping the man that was just there! That was disrespectful, degrading and personally I feel discriminated against! I have NEVER EVER FELT THAT WAY anywhere I have shopped! I never will recommend that anyone shop at that store! Like I said I've worked for wawa as a night mgr for a long time, I have never treated a customer that way no matter what and no matter how they treat me. That is not valuing a customer, and that is poor customer service. If that mgr knew that someone was needed in the deli for that long of a period she should have walked back there then to help and not waited 30 min then just gave me a $10.00 gift card and then offered to go back and give me my product! I attempted to use 2 rewards for Lucerne ice cream novelties on 2 different occasions at the Acme on Lincoln Highway in Downingtown PA. Both times I was charged. On today's receipt it implies I bought Signature brand but it is in fact, Lucerne brand. I don't understand why rewards are given if they can't be utilized & as someone with a fixed income those rewards are a big help

I visit acme 100 triangle center Yorktown heights (store2411) 2-3 times a week and every time I get cashier GIYLFIDONE I wonder why I didn't go to a different cashier she is rude and acts like she hates her job she shuts off her conveyor belt and slows down so YOU can bag your own groceries and if she does bag something expect your chips to be crushed and your fruit bruised because she takes out her dislike with you on your groceries. Time to find a new market!

This evening around 7:10pm I was at the acme in West Goshen, Pennsylvania. There is a heavy set white male with a red beard that works in the seafood Dept. His customer service with me was so bad that 2 different women witnessed the encounter and said I need to report him. Mind you there was a he took just ahead of me that he helped with no problem.

Hello my name is Torrie Stoner my daughter name is Jahniyah Stoner-Boswell and On5/4/2019 I was doing a little shopping while waiting for my daughter who is one of your employees to get off of work. As I pass the section of the meat department 3 of your managers started to snickering at me as I walked by. I turned around and one of the managers stated " I know it's a bald headed horse running around some where" and the other two managers started to laugh . I turned around and the manager said it again " I know that's not her hair, poor little horse!" The part that bothers me is that he never tries to at least whisper his dislikes about me he was bold enough to say it as if he was untouchable.That showed he nor the other two had any professionalism, that was a racist remark, My child is an African American and she does where wigs, weaves, braids as such. I spend a lot of money in your stores and I have never felt welcome as I have by managers ever in my life. It was rude and it upset my child who is a 17 year old school age child that works for you guys. I was very upset at the fact he and his colleagues were that blatantly harassing me while I shopped at your store . So I walk down another aisle and one of the managers seen me speaking to my daughter and he proceeded to the back and kept looking at me thro the doors he turned red in shocked that I was telling my daughter went just ensued. She and I went to another supervisor to tell them what happened and she was very concerned as well. This is a issue that needs to be address immediately. I feel threatened, fearful for all of the school aged children, African Americans employees working for you guys. These managers are rude, disgusting, disrespectful towards customers and unknown to them your staff family. Acme is branded on family. Family does not treat one another that way.
