River Valley Remodelers - A useable bathroom would be a great outcome and in a timely manner.

We had a simple remodel. New tub and toilet. Should have taken 1 day but took 1.5 and is still not completed. Some installed incorrectly and parts needed to be ordered. Tub is not useable at this time. Repairs scheduled for today and cancelled at the last minute. Rescheduled for next week. No apology, no explanation. Very unhappy customer at this point.
