Unethical behaviour of mongolian official agent
First of all! This is happening a lot to me!
We Mongolians cannot deposit money by ourselves since all local banks kinda banned 1xbet andwe must use agents all the time to deposit. Your official agent UKA ch is very lazy and irresponsible person. Always lie about bank transition is slow when we already received receipt from the bank and always miss all matches which will win eventually. And he/she never apologies or take responsibilities for being so damn liar!
1) As you can see from attached photo i've submitted deposit request on 1xbet first.
2) Then transferred money to UKA.ch's bank account and received my receipt from the bank via verified email.
3) Then i've been waiting for it be credited but it didn't happen and missed to bet my all soccer matches and they all won eventually.
4) Send many messages through facebook chat but he/she won't take action and lies about "bank transaction is slow, can't do much now, you have to wait about 3 more hours".
5) I've transferred little money to another account to test if Bank is really the problem but money went without any problem.
6) Then i called my local bank online service to check if my transaction is completed or not!? and they answered "YES" Money has been transferred without any delay or problem when you send money.
7) After i said that i'm checked everything and it's all fine but UKA.ch completely ignored my whole request, complaint and messages till now.
8) This happens alot to me and who will take responsibility on this [censored] matter? Tell me?
9) In the end i've send my problem through online consultant on 1xbet chat but someone called LIAM connected and disappeared all along without fixing my problem.
10) My deposit finally credited to 1xbet after 4 hours but all of my planned matches are OVER! Thanks to you all!

I just want to give review one more time for my previous unresolved deposit issue of an amount of Rs. 149000 in total for which I had almost tried everything to connect with 1xbet support team (emails, facebook, chat, call) but no response and action has been taken yet. It's been 2 months now and everytime they come with same response that it will be resolved in within 2 weeks and the loop continuous. I had already submitted all the proofs to them including transaction screenshots, account statements and all but it seems they don't have any intention to resolve and return the amount. While checking on the complaint board I got to know that it happens with so many customers and 1xBet scammed everyone by not responding and take any actions towards this issue. I just advise everyone in the forum just switch it to other reputed bookmakers else your hard earned money will be duped by this fraud and cheater 1xBet. The customer service is worst like hell.

I have deposited twice on the account for a total of $1500. I had to deposit twice as I lost most of my first deposit. I progressively increasing my total bankroll on that account to about $6000. I decided to make my first withdrawal then.
The verification procedure then started the account. I have received some very weird requests to get the account verified, but I will not get into them now as that's not the point of the ticket.
After I provided all the information requested, I have received a message saying my account was closed. They had cancelled ALL my bets, and only left me with the initial deposit amount. That's over $4500 lost, and absolutely no reason is provided. I have never shared this account with anyone. I have not gone against any of the rules set by Betwinner. Yet, they closed my account and will not answer of the messages I write. This really looks like stealing from players that become profitable on the website...
