1xBet Misscalculation in my bet result,please fix it.

The result was mistake for yellowcard in las Palmas vs rayo volcano match.I have choosed under 5.5 yellow card in full time and it was 5 yellow card in full team.But in the app it is showing 6 yellow card.In Google and every other app it is showing that 5 yellow card and 1 red card happened.Please fix the lost and return back it to win.I have given the proof of it.

I have been using 1xbet for several months now and have never encountered any issues in terms of deposits and withdrawals before this good win. On Saturday 21st October, after a good win, when I tried to withdraw, they prevented me from. They are asking me to contact their security department for additional verification. I have sent what they asked for although some of the stuff is unreasonable. For example, they ask you to send a selfie with your id card and the email they sent, all clearly visible. The security department takes an eternity to respond and it's always the same generic message that drives me crazy: "Dear customer, all requests are processed in turn. We apologize for any inconveniences and kindly ask you to wait for notification to your e-mail." I have seen that it has happened to a many other people and they just try to stall as long as possible. It's really draining and stressful and am scared that they will steal my money as they did to many others. Please help me!

Desired outcome: Let me conduct my withdrawal and give me a time estimate how long the verification will take

As long as you are losing, everything is good. But try to win even once, they will instantly block your withdrawal and steal your money. They are literally thieves!

They will steal your money if you win, as simple as that. Don't bother sending a mail to their public relation thing, they will ask you for the complaint number but then you will never hear from them again. They owe me mental health, nights of sleep and days of not feeling terrible in addition to the money. Avoid at any costs!

After filing my complain the first time the public relations team replied here and told me to email them to fix the problem. I sent them everything and they did not have anything to offer or help. You my deposit has been pending for 1 month and 2 weeks and my other withdrawal has been pending for 2 weeks. What kind of betting website is this? Thieving people like that. I urge anyone not to start an account here, they are very unprofessional and they steal the money so you’re better off using another website

They blocked my account without any reason with just some template massage.

Again we can see that you can play lose but never win, this is big scam company , 1Xbet is big scammers they do not even give a chance to explain something , I even share them my personal detail . I have just 165000 win there it is just 412$ and they decide to take this money from me also the 200$ that I charged my account . Even if they think that something is not ok why they are taking 200$ with I transferred them just 4 days ago . I am very sad that companies like this is still exist

Sir my gaming ID is [protected] When I lost money you did not issue document. When I won then you issued document issue. Now you are not helping a helpless person like me. After opening ID with all real documents you verified it but now. They are harassing me by stopping my withdrawal in the name of verification. I emailed all the documents to the security department and now they have not done anything. If you do this, no one will want to use this 1xbet who can tell.

I and my husband had this exact same issue and it was not resolved for us, not until we involved a third party. It's really unfair. If you don't act fast, these companies will get away with your funds. These companies will treat even a very old customer badly then come out on socials with respectful responses to look good. You guys are very nasty and irritating.

My husband contacted and hired _ecobansecurities ,io_ to help us get all our funds in completely.

I have deposited 1661rs through UPI Multi Pay in 1XBET account. Its been 2days till now i haven't received my deposit amount. I send a mail to them but they haven't replied and when i call them they repeatedly saying wait same thing again and again. I tried to make a request more than 20times but always showing "Error: Server Error

I have mailed but they are not crediting my money... Its been more than 4days now...

Whenever i place a request its showing "Error: Server Error The server encountered a temporary error and could not complete your request.

Please try again in 30 seconds."

They are not updating their server which make error while submitting.

All people who have submitted their complaints in this website are marked resolved but in reality its not... 1XBET are scamming people not giving their deposit amount...

Refund my money 1XBET as soon as possible.

1xBet My account verification process take 2 years but not completed yet

Dear Every one,

My 1xbet account id is [protected]

I use 1xbet more than 2 years. I found its service is nice so I created my account. Made a deposit of 90000 tk and win some money. I try to withdraw from my account but I can't withdraw as security Department asked for my documents. Its all right, so i gave them my National identity card. And then security Department asked a selfie with my NID card and their email. I did it also. After some time they asked some questions about my account. I accurately answer them.

Then they send email that I have to wait some time as my data is currently Being verified. So i waited.

After 1 day security Department emailed me to log in via pc and follow the instructions on the website. I did those everything and follow what they asked from me in the website.

They take my deposite information, my device information, NID card picture, Hand written code with my picture etc. Lastly they asked for video conference verification, i also successfuly passed it.

Now after login in my account its show me that " You passed the video conference verification process, you will be notify in your email address.

But nothing happened or get any email from security Department about progress of my account problem solution.

Its take 2 years almost that my account is unable to use or withdraw my funds.

I read the verification process terms and conditions that highest verification process will take less than 2 months.

Now what should i do now?

6 days ago I've placed a bet in handball game

Jordan handball league

I placed a bet in the second half around 32 mins , after 46 /47 min or so the time frame of the match changed to 59th and complete odds has been weirdly changed and the has been closed ..!

And the game has been settled!?

What's happening ? And emailed saying that

To the public relations included too ,

With few supporting links of that the game was ended without playing full game!

But the support just said that we believe it correctly settled as I've got send a record!

Why will anyone record of game /bets of that game !

How can I guess that an game skips 10 mins and ends before full time !

It's been more than 50 days , they haven't responded too !

And everytime I call the customer, they speak very annoyingly

I mean just check my duration in 1xbet

I been playing for so long , being a long term customer

I didn't expect this small issue to loose respect on you guys

And also why dont you focus on hiring effective and efficient customer call center people!
