Internet Speed and Reliability

This service has many hidden drawbacks:
1) If the weather is bad over my place,
2) If the weather is bad over Winnipeg,
3) If you use more than your hourly limit,
4) If other people are using it,
5) If the sun is behind the satellite,
the service will be extremely slow and/or stopped.
