Serdang Hospital Yellow Zon B - Long waiting hours for discharge summary

I was here since approx 10.30am on 27/06/23 and now the time is 22.22pm 12 hours here... Drs have informed my mother can discharge and prescribed medicine and referal... and this happen at approx 7.30pm can u imagine... 3 hours and the discharge summary not ready with reason Medical team not yet do the referal. 3hours what are they doing...? I hope they buckel up their service
