I recently authorized automatic biweekly mortgage payments. The 1st (03/09/26) and 2nd (03/23/26) payments, each for $464.98 were taken. But on 04/06/26, Rocket took $707.33 from the same account without authorization or explanation. When I login to Rocket Mortgage my loan cannot be found. I cannot find a statement at all. You don't want me to use the word, but this is looking more and more like a scam. From the beginning the customer service has been non-existent.
Claimed loss: $707.33 withdrawn from my Wells Fargo checking without my knowledge and with no explanation given.
Desired outcome: My plan is to refinance elsewhere.
