The issue is that RM does not allow the caller to actually speak to a customer rep and get an accurate up to date response. I am asking why my mortgage monthly statement has gone up several hundred dollars. It is extremely distressing to go around and around in circles with the awful auto system which does not respond to specific questions and will not transfer the call to a real person

I agree 100%! Their system is designed to prevent their customers from being able to reach a live representative. It shows Rocket Mortgage customers EXACTLY what the company thinks about them. It is a total "slap in the face" to customers that they lied to when they pretended to care about them and present themselves as a company that could be trusted. They don't care, therefore I don't trust them. They do not respect their customers. They only care about your money. They should be penalized for not having enough employees to handle their customers once you hold their mortgage.
