Orozco Auto Sales

I would give this place negative 5 stars if I could. I came in yesterday to purchase a truck and they wanted a substantial down payment, which I expected freely with second chance financing. However, they made me jump through hoops to get a $10,500 down payment. It was getting close to closing time and we were almost there. I told the salesman I would be back in the morning with my down payment.

When I arrived with my down payment, the salesperson I was working with was busy making a deal with someone else. So, I sat and waited. After 15 minutes, he finally came up to me and said he was finishing up and asked me to wait there. I told him to take his time. However, 30 minutes later, two other salesmen approached me and said they were sent by my sales guy. They informed me that the truck I was there to get had been sold and my sales guy had left. I was really disappointed. To top it off, I found out that it was my sales guy, Miguel, who sold it out from under me.

These guys are out to make a quick buck and don't care about how they treat people or inconvenience them. They make you jump through hoops to get things done. I strongly advise against doing business with these people. They are crooks and lousy humans.

I bought a car from Orozco Auto Sales on June 2. The car drove fine at first, but the next day, three sensor lights came on the dashboard. As I was driving home, the car suddenly shut off in the middle of the street. I had to tow it back to the dealer, and they said they would check it out. More than two people looked at the car, but they couldn't find the problem. I paid $2800 for a car that doesn't work. I want a refund and I'll take my business elsewhere because this dealer doesn't want to help me. They already told me they won't give me my money back.
