On 01/12/2024 NSF got my $11,000 to take off the ceramic floor in the kitchen and hallway and the carpet in the living room, and replace with LVP. After they took off the whole thing they stoped and demanded more money to finish the job.l because the floor had to be level with cement . I had to go and buy a certified check for $2,500 and send it to them for the workers to get back to work. They didn't level the floor properly, which caused air bubbles between the cement and the LVP (Low Voltage Void). The LVP broke in the middle of the space between the kitchen and the living room. I called them, and they told me I had to pay an additional $4,000 to level the floor again and replace the LVP, which I refused to do. I still have that problem. During the initial process, they broke the kitchen cabinet while removing the tiles and refused to take responsibility for the damage.
Desired outcome: They need to fix the floor
