Drove to Mr. Lube Tires@3950 Sage Hill NW Calgary, AB, to install my summer tires and they stated I needed new ones. The quote for new tires were "reasonably" priced so ended up purchasing Michelin Sport for my VW. Tires did not arrive till late afternoon that day, so had to came back for the installment of them a few days later. They were quickly installed, they handed me a bag, I threw it in my glove compartment and drove out of town for the weekend. I was to get my tires retorqued at another location, when it was discovered no wheel lock key. No retorque. Mr. Lube on Macleod Trail called Sage Hill Mr. Lube and they told me to come down to their location. So I drove across the city. Sage Hill could not find they key. Where's they key? They say they have it on camera they handed me a Mr. Lube bag and the wheel lock key was there. There is No key in the bag. Have searched high/low, and It should be in the bag they gave me -and it just isn't. Where oh where is the key? Spend around $2,000. that week with Mr. Lube- I would like my money back.

Man, that’s a frustrating mess — $2,000 and now you’re stuck without a wheel lock key. Classic. Here’s the thing: if they claim it’s on camera going into the bag, then the bag should have it. No key = no proof they actually put it in. I’d march right back there, ask to see that footage yourself, and if it’s not crystal clear, demand a full refund or at least the cost of removing those locks. Don’t let them brush you off. You’ve been patient enough. Time to get loud.
