I was getting an oil change on my truck. They checked the differentials, transfer case. Only showed me the sample from the Rear Differential, it was a milky colour. I believe they added water to the sample. I should’ve taken a picture of that sample they showed me. I asked the cost to change them. Including the Oil change it was going to $600. I said no thanks it’s to much money. They offered me $20 off, I said no thanks once again.
I left and bought the oil to change the Differential and Transfer case myself. When I drained the Rear Differential it was normal looking oil and Not the Milky colour sample they had shown me. I’m glad I said NO Thanks

Several years ago they changed oil every 8000 km. Then, they asked every 600 km. The latest visit they called me after 5000 km. Every time, the same "synthetic oil" from some hand pump - no brand, no type. Also, in the time, the price increased. So, they are basically asking more and more money, more often every time. Can I call them crooks? The last visit was my last to them.

Warning to all: Avoid Mr. Lube at Sahali for any mechanical services, especially brake repairs!

I visited Mr. Lube at Sahali recently to change the brake pads (not rotors) for my Kia Forte. They charged me an outrageous $649 with no breakdown of costs provided. Upon receiving the bill, I requested an itemized breakdown, only to be met with resistance and refusal from the staff. Despite my persistence, they adamantly refused to provide any transparency regarding their pricing. When inquired about the exorbitant labor rate of $140 per hour, I was given the absurd explanation that it was due to their policy of offering service without appointments. How stupid and surprising explanation! The fact is, they don't schedule appointments simply because they lack the volume of customers to justify maintaining an appointment system.

When I asked about the price of the parts, they avoided the question and told me to speak with their manager. When I asked where the brake pads came from, one staff member mentioned a market known for selling stolen and fake auto parts in Bangladesh, which is my home country. To make things worse, that same staff made racist comments, suggesting that my questions were because of my nationality, hinting that people from my country are naturally suspicious.

The next day, I tried to speak with the manager, but he wasn't around. Instead, I found the service manager and asked for a detailed bill, which he couldn't provide. He simply wrote down the names of the brake pads they used and mentioned they charged $140 per pair. When I questioned the high labor and parts costs, he likened their facility to a convenience store like 7-11, implying that prices would naturally be higher. What a rational answer! Typically, replacing four brake pads (without the rotor) takes 1-1.5 hours at most. However, he claimed it took them two hours, resulting in a labor charge of $300. I informed him about the misconduct and racist comments from his staff, but he showed no interest in addressing them.

Afterward, I looked up the cost of the same parts and discovered that Mr. Lube was charging double the price compared to other markets. Additionally, I heard from others that their staff receive commissions based on the total bill amount. This suggests they intentionally inflate your bill by charging high prices and adding unnecessary items.

I recently visited Mr. Lube for an oil change, and I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of their service. The best part was that I didn't need an appointment; I could just drop in anytime. The staff was friendly, and they completed the oil change quickly, keeping my vehicle running smoothly. I appreciate the convenience and quality of service at Mr. Lube!

I recently had my oil changed at1850 Robertson Rd, Nepean, and I couldn't be happier with the service, especially thanks to Rafael. He not only got the job done quickly but also took the time to check under the car and inspect all the fluid levels. Rafael even noticed a potential leak and recommended getting the timing belt changed soon for better performance and safety. I really appreciate his attention to detail and helpful suggestions. After having my tires changed over I was almost in a very bad accident on my way home. after coming to a stop I checked my air pressure and it was at 20PSI when it should have been 32PSI. That was the issue of almost driving off the road. They also lost one of my lug nut covers. I was missing 1 I knew this but when returning home there was 2 missing. cost $45.40 CA

On Jan 22 2024 I called Mr Lube and they told me 135 dollars for my oil change. When I get there they changed my price too 179.99 plus tax. Came out too 220 dollars for an oil change. WTF? I have never paid this kind of money unless the dealership was doing my oil change. I told them they are charging me dealership rates. Then they had enough nerve to tell me I need a transmission flush for 285 dollars. Are they crazy? I want some answers as to why they charged me dealership fees. I believe if you want too make this right for me, change my transmission fluid flush for free please. You definitely over charged me doing my oil change. Help me and fix this issue you did to me. I was scammed by Mr lube because they charged me dealership fees.

As a loyal customer I took my crv for transmission fluid change. I called them over the phone they mention me it is between 100 to 200$, when I took them they showed 360$ plus tax and final bill was 418$. Wile Mr lube kitchener quoted me 260 plus tax while honda said it is 160 plus tax. They said they showed me price and I agree.! While how come other location not charging that much money for same services.

I visited Mr. Lube store 250 in Mississauga on April 26, 2023 to do oil change for my car and end up doing multiple maintenance works based on their recommendations. The next day I experienced leakage from my car where I visited the same store to inspect but they fail or plan to fail to discover the source of leakage to avoid liability and accountability, then I decided to take my car to Peel Chrysler lakeshore where they discovered the source of leakage and fix it. I lost trust in Mr. Lube quality of services and customer satisfaction policy and procedure

Oil change at Sivercreek-Willow in Guelph. Filter improperly installed. Drove the 1 km home. parked overnight. Started car 5:30 sounded like nuts and bolts in a dryer. Shut it off. Came out at when it was light. Huge puddle of oil. Phoned Mr. Lube. Guy came right away replaced filter and topped it up. Said I'd lost half in parking lot. Property manager sent Five Star Cleaning to clean it up. Took the bill to Mr. Lube when I received it with instruction it had to be paid by Nov, 1. M.F. Property Management has not received payment. It goes on my condo fees. $1016.93. I have photos of the damage. Could you please look into this. I'm not impressed with my treatment.1016.93

I been be there west drive Brampton location. I was ripped off $330/ for changing the differential oil of my Lexus rx350 which was not required at all,which later I confirmed from my dealership Don Vally Lexus . Earlier to that I was ripped off $79.99 for undercoating, that top was required as it was done by the dealership which lasts up to 5 years. I complained to their head office & wasted lot of time bout of no use. I highly recommend not to go at this location.

I went in for an oil change on October 16 and without any discussion of what oil package I wanted, they charged me for the most expensive, without my consent. They told me all of my brakes were totally gone and the car was dangerous to drive and quoted me a price of $1200. He stated a few times that the car was too dangerous to drive. I took my car to OK Tire today to have my brakes checked and found out that they are at 70% front and 60% rear and are in great shape. Mr Lube is scamming customers. This is fraud
