They are unprofessional and uncaring in every sense of the word. The case manager assigned to me s obnoxious. I stopped communicating with her after she I actually got annoyed with a legitimate question ive asked. Before that, all she told me were scripted answers. I regret hiring them. Now I know my case is doomed.

Do not fall for this!
Do not fall for this! I hired them to help with my SSDI and their services equaled zero. I was able to reach my "case worker" once. After that if I tried to call she would pick up the line and ask me to hold. I waited anywhere from 20 min to 1hr 10 min and she never came back to the line. This happened for five times before I gave up. Last July, I sent them a letter telling them I was terminating their services. Unfortunately, I was not able to send it certified mail because we quite literally had no money but, hey, they have an A+ rating. Even after they wouldn't take my calls, I was hopeful that they would act honorably about the letter. Tried to call and follow up on the letter, shockingly, couldn't reach anyone. Either I was placed on hold again and left there or when I called number on the first letter I received to reach Ms. Gar-Stern, I left a message to no avail. Fortunately I was approved for disability without them. The ultimate insult? They actually received $6000 from my back pay. FOR NOTHING! Do not be taken in by these dishonest people!
