I bought a skincare cream from Decorte Cosmetics' website on September 8th for $144.50. The order number is #***. It was supposed to arrive on *** (tracking number ***), but it never came. I searched everywhere, but it was nowhere to be found. I tried to contact Decorte's customer service, but they never replied to my messages or emails. I even emailed them several times since Friday, but they still didn't respond. They only gave me a *** tracking number, which didn't help at all. It's very frustrating that they don't have a phone number for customers to call. I'm disappointed with their unresponsive attitude. Now my package is missing, and I don't know what to do.
