Not received my package, no reaction from customer care
I did not receive my package (not delivered, returned to sender). I wrote several messages to alyaka customer care but there´s no answer at all. I tried to call (phone number from Facebook site) but there´s only automatic voice message to reach Alyaka via e-mail. Nobody´s answearing in any way.
I understand this is not a problem of Alyaka but the carrier, however once the package was returned I have no other choice but to deal with the sender.
Claimed loss: The price for the lost package is 294,4 EUR
Desired outcome: I would love to get my package. If this is not possible, the refund is ok.
