السلام عليكم . اشتريت من موقعكم الالكتروني تذكرة سفر دبي القاهرة تونس ذهابا وعودة يوم 5 يناير 2018 وتفاصيل التذكرة هي المرجع (V10MNY) -(CB1395829)
وكان السفر مقررا يوم 13 يوليو 2018 ولكن عند الذهاب إلى المطار حدث لي حادث مرور قاتل ، وحجزتنا الشرطة جميعا ، ولدي الوثائق التي تثبت ذلك . ولما أردت العودة معكم في رحلة العودة المقررة ليوم 25 اغسطس 2018 ذهبت للمطار ولكني منعت من السفر بحجة أني لم استعمل التذكرة في الذهاب فتلغى عني في العودة علما أنه لم يخبرني أحد بذلك ولم يصاني ايميل ولاأي اتصال هاتفي منكم أو من شركة مصر للطيران . ولما اتصلت بشركة مصر للطيران لاسترداد مبلغ التذكرة أخبروني بالاتصال بالموقع الذي اشتريت منه التذكرة وهو موقعكم . ولأن تخلفي عن السفر كان بسبب ظرف قاهر أرجو منكم أن تعيدوا لي ثمن التذكرة . مع الشكر والتقدير . والسلام

من أكثر من عامين قمت بحجز تذكرتين وحصلت ظروف ما سافرت وقبل الموعد عملت طلب بإلغاء الحجز واسترداد المبلغ وانتم مشكورين رديتم قيمة الحجز الاول وبعد ذلك قمت انا بإلغاء الحجز الثانى كان
وللان لم يتم تحويل المبلغ بالرغم من انى ارسلت اميلات كثيرة CB1183811 وطلبت إسترجاع المبلغ
واتصلت عليكم اكثر من مرة ولكن دون جدوى والرد بالاميل متكرر ومحفوظ سنحل المشكلة

I would like to seek your help for my refund from online agency called City Bookers they are based in Kuwait KWT: P.O.Box: 46957 Fahaheel Kuwait, booked with them in March, 2019 two tickets total of 4 people from India, Mumbai to Dubai total payments of 4848AED were taken instantly from my debit card but no confirm tickets issued even the PNR number given was not valid. The reason to decline was technical failure from their side that's why the booking was not successful and they decided to give me refund but from March upto now I keep on following up via their email and facebook account for refund but there is no progress and they keep on telling the same excuse that its still under process. When i checked the reviews online they are consistent in frauding people with the same scenario as mine and some never got the refund at all.

I planned this vacation for my family from long time I am only earning 2760AED so it took a lot of time almost 1 year for me to save that money and booked these tickets but getting this outcome makes me so worried i don't want my hard earned money to be wasted since this was my only dream for my family.

So please its a humble request team guide me to get my money back from this agency City Bookers.

I have attached the evidence of sms notification about the deduction from my account and the tickets sent by city bookers which are not confirmed when i call the airline.

I had booked a ticket from citybookers for Jet airways (citybookers booking reference -CB2133256) from Dammam to Calicut in the month of August 2018 & due to some personal reason I had to cancel the ticket booked from Citybookers and I was informed that the amount will be refunded, But it's almost been 1 year and until now there has been no action whatsoever from their part. I have sent them a lot of mails but still there has been no proper response or replies.

i bought a ticket from abud habi to Cleveland 2 of may 2019 from city bookers through momondo, and I was waiting to receive my ticket but never happened .
I sent city bookers many e-mails and tried to call finally they answered me and they told me they will send it and there is some technical issues.
after 15 days I lost hope and I bought another ticket from Etihad airlines, after 2 days city bookers send me a ticket the status of it was cancelled from abudhabi to Chicago and confirmed from Chicago to Cleveland.
I contact them to tell them to refund my money, and I never heard from them back.
they are fraud 100% .
I lost my money ticket, and I don't know how momondo allow such a fraud company to be under their support.
if any body know or have the same experience and he get his money back plz inform me.

I booked tickets from citybookers for Jet airways (citybookers booking reference -CB2119320) from Calicut to Jaipur in month of August 2018 & due to some reason Citybookers cancelled my booking and informed that the amount will return within 15 days, it's almost 1 year till now waiting for refund. Every-time I send email there is no proper response.

I booked return tickets from citybookers for kuwait airways (pnr : tt6tz5 & kf3hm9) (citybookers booking reference - cb1225537 & cb1293990) from kuwait to bangalore in month of dec 2017 & due to some reason kuwait airways cancelled flights flying to bangalore in month of apr 2018, I received sms & call from kuwait airways and they assured to refund, it's almost more than 1 year till now waiting for refund. Every-time I send email there is no proper response not bothered to give feedback from citybookers.

Actually me n my friend booked ticket for JET airways from Dubai to India ( Bagdogra ) for 11th April 2019.After few days they send me email that the flight ticket was canceled because of technical problem.so, when I call them they told me money will be refund after 15days but still nw didn't return back our money AED 2479 .

I'm Abdulmunam Jawad AlJanabi I booked tickets for my family on web site of Citybookers on 4th March 2019 on Azerbaijan Airline Booking Number CB2185882 (Dubai to Istanbul) two way Date 19th July 2019, I received an email from citybookers that the tickets will be refunded to your account because tickets had been cancelled I waited till the day of discovering that the tickets are Scam tickets from Azerbaijan airline main office in Dubai, so I need my money to be refund 900$

I booked return ticket from city bookers on 28 Jun, 2018 from kuwait to Peshawar dated 16/08/2018 and back dated 09/09/2018 with Gulf air in KWD=115.They give me booking No CB 2133817 with PNR No VWRZQP.
On date 22/07/2018 at 1435 hrs, i received call from city bookers agent, she told me that their is some increase in Airline ticket.If you want to pay another KWD=20 than she can book my ticket or she will cancel the ticket.I paid more KWD =20.500 at 1627 hrs on same date, than she replied that now your return date will be 11/09/2018 instead of 09/09/2018 with new PNR No LUERBN.
I confirmed new PNR No from Gulf Air head office in Bahrain and also from main office in malia, kuwait.Than city bookers gave e-ticket no.
I was relaxed after getting e-ticket no and confirmation from Gulf air but on 15/08/2018 just 16 hrs before flight takeoff, Gulf air send email of ticket cancellatation because according to them the bookinging agency was fraud.
I make a call to city bookers highlighting this problem, they said that we apologize for this inconvenience and Full refund will be made to you with in two weeks(2125 hrs on 15/08/2018).
I send at least 50 email to city bookers, in respond to every email, they said, your case is with meant dept or with head office or with account department, as soon as they finalize we will pay you full refund.Up till now they didn't pay me.Last week i send three email but now they are not recognizing my booking ID.
I am suffering from this tension for last 10 month'please solve my case on priority.

I booked the ticket on March 19. travel date is June 28. And citybooker already charged my credit card ( AED: 5355.48) but still notyet received the ticket number. I called Oman Airway they said that only reservation is in their system but not yet paid. I need citybooker to hand them over what I paid already.

قمت يالحجز علي موقع الشركة CityBookers عن طريق الإنترنت علي طيران الاماراتية وذهبت لتأكيد الرحلة وجدت ان تزكرتي تم إلغاءها علي وأصبحت ابحثً عن موقع شركة سيتي بوكرز حتي استرد أموالي فلم اجد لها مكتب في الكويت ورقم هاتف وخدمة العملاء لا تستجيبً وانا علي عجلة من امري وأريد الانتهاء من هذه الأزمة في اسرع وقت اين احد موقع الشركة في الكويت وكيف استرد أموالي التي دفعتها ثمنا التزكرة ومن المسئول عن اهدار وقتي

i bought 2 tickets through CityBookers but money were NOT sent to Emirates Airlines.
I am waiting already 2 months to get this money back. Nobody is answering the phone.

Good Morning. I am writing this serious complain against the Kuwait based travel agent called CityBookers.

I had booked my Abu Dhabi to Lagos(Nigeria) return flight from CITY BOOKERS and paid an amount of AED 2748/- last April 05, 2019. They released the PNR hence i was assured. However the date of departure, i was shocked once i was trying to do the web check in and realized that PNR does't exist. afterwards i immediately contacted the call center of CITY BOOKERS. They just casually responded that due to technical reason by flight was cancelled. It was really heartbreaking situations and i was so disappointed. There was no other option in that time rather to buy another travel ticket, hence i bought immediately new ticket with 3 time more cost.

This has been happens with many people around the world. Would you please advice what should i do in this matter?

By 2nd of April 2019 the online ticket was purchased with CityBookers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Verifying the booking details online yesterday this looked cancelled, we never did that. Searching the internet, we found a large amount of complaints against CityBookers. Also the website appear to be under maintenance. Prior purchasing the ticket due to several failures of using a freshly issued card by FAB (First Abu Dhabi Bank), we approached the Bank. The in charges warned us about suspicious activity but we insisted in accomplishing the payment.

I have purchased emirates airline ticket from dubai to lahore (return) fro travel agent named city bookees. they have provided me with tocket. However, they refunded my ticket 3 days before flying and from then they neither picked up my phone nor reply my email.

I further raise this issue with emirates but emirates services are so pethatic in this regard. They are saying that they have no control over the agents. Hence, these people are doing fraud with the consent of these airlines.

When I bought ticket I cross checked with emirates that is this a confirmed ticket. Emirates confirmed me that yes this is a ticket issued to you. I have there email confirmation as well. But still they refund ticket without my consent.

Now I dont know how I get my money back.

I Am Manish. I booked my ticket from Dubai to Delhi (Return Journey) on 26th Mar'19 with Booking ID : CB2186993. However i didnot received any tickets nor the refund. From 26th Mar'19 till today i have written more than 100 mails from mail ID "[protected]@gmail.com" to city bookers, for either refund or book another ticketn, but no reply received till date.

Request you to please refund the booking amount.

I booked one of my company labour air ticket Dubai to Hyderbad (22nd Mar 2019) & I received air ticket also, but finally next day i received notification mail your ticket cancelled due to some technical reason they will release the refund payment asap.

but up to now they are not refund the payment . i tried to call & send email they are not responding any proper feed back.

i booked 3 tickets on 12th jan 2019, booking number CB2184289 travelling to chennai from abudhabi on 30th june 2019, they send me the ticket, but the tickets not yet confirmed from oman airlines, the PNR number they send is not correct with oman airlines,

please do me favour, please cancel my ticket and refund my amount 2152.91 AED
because i dont have enough time, i have to book some other agencies.

I have booked a flight with citybookers, and then had to cancel my flight. I called to their international number, talked with their customer service and they put me on hold for more than 13 minutes. After another 5 minutes, my request was handled and my flight has been canceled. I called them like more than 7 times and talk to their customer suppot. They said ur refund will take upto 45 working days, and this is [censored] now almost 11 months

Since 26th june 2018, till today, 30th of may 2019 I haven't got my refund, I sent several emails and called them, every time they say we have technical issue with our system.. But now this is sad to say that from 2 weeks they are not replying my email.. Got no reply!

I will never book through this company and you should so..
City bookers do have some shame. I plzz recommend everyone do not book your tickets from this site at any cost.
I paid total 109.583 kwd
They said cancellation fees is 73kwd. But still my remaining balance is 36.583 kwd.
