Apex telecom Anti radiation patch

I am also apex member
It's 100% fraud company
I loosed 3000 rupees
I am working but I don't archive any type of money.
So I loosed my money
And I loosed my time
So please don't cheat poor people..
And anti radiation patch is waste product
It's not working...
So friends don't join in Apex telecom and
Don't lose your valuable money and time

I signed up for a three-line T-Mobile Family Plan at Apex Telecom (113 10th St, Oakland, CA, 94607). There was supposed to be a $800 rebate after 27 weeks from Apex (not T-Mobile). After 18 months I still have not received the rebate. After about 7 months I went to the store at least 3 times (about once each month). Each time they said they will look into...
