Horrible attitude!
My husband wanted to surprise me and purchased a lovely ring from Ziamond company. My husband really wanted to make me happy, but doing business with Ziamond was his biggest mistake.
He ordered a ring and it arrived pretty fast but it was very small, about two sizes smaller so there was no way I could ever wear it. My husband was very upset and disappointed. I decided to contact Ziamond myself and when I called they said that it was not their problem. They claimed that my husband picked the incorrect size and refused to do anything. I'm very disappointed.
