There is fraudulent activity on MyWisely account in the amount of $1383. I called and reported it to dispute the transaction with MyWisely on Saturday. I was told on Saturday that the department was closed and I need to call back on Monday and they would email me all the documents I needed to sign to resolve the issue immediately. I called back on Monday and I was told that they would NOT email me any forms and that they would be mailed in 7-10 business days.
Someone literally cleared my entire account in one transaction. The MyWisely customer service reps and supervisors out right refuse to help. They will not apply a credit for the fraudulent amount - they say I have to wait 90 days for them to investigate and determine if it's actually fraud.
I only signed up for this because ADP backs it and that is our payroll processing company so it allows for us to get paid 2 days earlier but after this experience and having $1383 just disappear from my account and 0 help from MyWisely to try and resolve the matter. I will be closing the account and filing complaints anywhere I can.
Claimed loss: $1383 dollars.
Desired outcome: To have the money stolen from my account returned immediately.

My card was breached and I feel like it was an inside job. Everything is done through an Indian Call center.
(India) I locked my card and called Wisely. The person on the line moved my money to a new card account. A week later I call because I have not received a card. The person told me that one was never ordered and the money was not transferred to a new account, but to somewhere. I was told I never talked to Wisely about the situation. So far, I have not heard a word from the fraud department about the investigation. I learned a valuable lesson.
