I am posting this after weeks of unsuccessful attempts to resolve my refund issue with Wingie.

E-ticket Number: 2293590226659
Wingie claimed that a refund transfer was sent on 16/04/2026 with transaction reference:
1066002095627336
However, after multiple investigations and direct visits to Kuwait Finance House (KFH), the bank officially confirmed:
- No incoming transfer exists
- No pending SWIFT transfer exists
- No funds related to this transaction were received at all
I repeatedly requested:
- SWIFT MT103
- UETR tracking details
- Final proof of successful transfer
But Wingie failed to provide them and eventually stopped responding to emails.
I have preserved all emails, transfer documents, and bank confirmations and I am now proceeding with formal banking disputes and international consumer complaint escalation.
