I was told I would be sent a debt card for MY REFUND FROM MY GAP INSURANCE. I got my card but after the 30 day window. So YOU TOOK BACK MY 916.00 that is mine.

Desired outcome: I want my 916.00 it's my money I paid my car off in 30 days and I am due 916.00 refund. They sent me a debt card after the 30 day window then took back the 916.00. I want a cashiers check from them. I dont trust them for a regular check

We paid off our car early. The pay off quote was higher with the rep than what was given by the automated. The rep stated that she had to add in the remaining amount of the gap insurance. I knew that was wrong, but didn’t want to argue about it!
They continue to charge the $5.00 fee on the payments event tho customers were awarded a settlement through a class action fee.
