fake forum!
I've been trying to post my unpleasant HONEST surgery experience to Vitals.com but it's impossible. My review can't get thru company's 'check out' system so I just wondering who's running this company? I think Vitals.com Forum is FAKE... I mean is this website running by doctor's because all negative reviews are deleted immediately. My doctor made a huge mistake in my surgery and I would like to share it but Vitals.com blocked my review. Funny part is this doctor has only GREAT reviews even I know there is plenty of unhappy patients. Vital.s com is a PHONY website based on my experience!
I want to post reviews - bad and goods - because it helps other people avoid unprofessional and pick up professional service. Main reason I went to see /edited/ was all good reviews in Vitals.com and now - after surgery - I am extremely disappointed by his action. I was willing to share my story with Vitals.com readers but after constant error submit, I gave up. Now Customer Care "strongly encourage" me to contact them by email but hey... I have done that by asking "what is the reason I can't get thru" but nobody bother respond!

scam rating portol
Put in a complaint against a doctor, all negative marks and a detailed summary.
Went to submit and the complaint is gone. I am guessing that like most complaint services anything negative is quickly trashed.
So I redid the complaint and the exact same thing happened. Emailed vitals and they would not respond.
Also, going to read the complaints and not all are available to be reviewd.
Do not rely upon any info gained from vitals.com as it is sanitized and inaccurate.

They are fake company that doctors pay to allow good ratings to remains and block bad rating.
Wanted to make your website aware that this Dentist has had disciplinary actions against her license and your website doesn't reflect that, it's public record. Do a google search under State of Nebraska disciplinary actions and her name. This is information the consumer would like to know before choosing her as Dentist.

I have sent a few emails regarding a bad review which was left by an angry patient. Vitals never responded to my emails. It is very difficult or nearly impossible to get a hold of them. How can a company which has a 1 star review be the site where patients leave their reviews about providers?
I must agree. I placed a detailed negative review on Dr I recently visited. It is honest and accurate the Dr is Melissa Camiolo
Vitals is a pay to play site. Doctors pay to have valid complaints removed. Why is this legal?!
Vitals is a scam, allowing Doctors/businesses to LIE about patients.
yep its a joke of a ratings site. Made by doctors for doctors. I can create web sites and spider them out just as good as anyone else can. See you in the unemployment line.
I wrote a comment about a dr they wanted my email they never replied they are fake indeed.
EVERYONE POST YOUR REVIEWS ON YELP OR REALSELF.COM
Vitals and healthgrade seems to not be trustworthy in my opinion.
Agree - Vitals is sooooo full of fake reviews. Tried to leave a negative one & nothing happened. There should be a class action lawsuit for any patient who went to a doctor based upon vitals positive reviews and had an adverse outcome.
THIS WEBSITE IS A HUGE JOKE! Trying to research reviews on neurosurgeon to whom I’ve been referred. All 5* ratings are displayed with full comments and “ratings breakdowns.” There are NO COMMENTS for negative ratings and no option to see ratings breakdowns except when there is a positive rating for “ease of appt” — and that is ALL you will see. This is a gross abuse of patients’ trust. In the past, when I was referred to any surgeon, I would visit the hospital where that dr practices. I would randomly ask nurses, information personnel and housekeeping who they would recommend if they had a loved one needing surgery. Without saying a negative thing about any MD, most will speak very highly of the docs they recommend. I will use this “evaluation tool” again, rather than the WAST OF SPACE called Vitals.com
I was informed by Vitals.com that you can't use anything that blocks or falsifies your IP address, such as a VPN.
WHY NOT?
A lot of people use VPNs.
Why does Vitals.com need this information for anyway?
Well, for one, I just discovered that someone has been posting negative reviews on me for ten years. There are over 60 of them. I hired an attorney and have subpoenaed the last three years' worth of IP addresses. 34 out of 35 of these reviews are from the same person. In Colorado, it is a felony to do such a thing. If the IP address is un-traceable, then, there is no accountability from the false reviewer. Just this rule that vitals has, where you cannot block a VPN gives me hope that we will catch our perpetrator and bring them to justice.
I’m thinking this is a pretty lousy and dangerous doctor. Ethically doctors are not supposed to advertise, especially to pay for advertisements. The Yellow Pages have been on shaky ground over this for years. Doctors’ state licensing and malpractice insurance demand to see all advertising to renew license and malpractice insurance. The ONLY thing to trust is word of mouth from patients
vitals took down negative reviews on physician, I posted and there were others that have posted negative reviews and ALL were taken down from 1/2016 but all positive reveiws were left up WHY RETURN ALL NEGATIVE REVIEWS to physician
Someone created a listing with my name, provided my home address and phone number and posted a malicious review... I can't seem to contact these guys... anyone know how? Do I have to hire a lawyer to go after them?
