What's to like?
I made three orders. Two were for T-shirts and the last for a zippered hoodie. I was not aware until after my experience that their business is not BBB-accredited, and after so many complaints, BBB gave them an "F" rating! I was adamant about the insignia rating as this was a custom piece based on my submittal. The T-shirts fit decently and felt nice, but...
2 shirts and the company not contacting me after I repeatedly made attempts to contact them.
I thought I was making an order for 1 shirt that somehow turned out I was charged for 2. After many attempts to contact them, I have received no emails, texts or calls from vincustoms. I want to cancel both the orders that came out of my bank account and I want to be refunded $37.76 for one of them and $31.96 for the other. It’s really sad because if only someone would have talked or contacted me I might have continued to be a customer.
Claimed loss: $69.72
Desired outcome: To have my $69.72. REFUNDED BACK TO MY BANK ACCOUNT ASAO!!!

Wind breaker size
Recived jacket said large but more like youth large. I contacted customer support. Their answer was we will look into it. Then they closed my complaint I reached out again and they wanted me to measure jacket and upload pictures with tape measure. I did what they wanted now after 3 weeks not a word.
