Billing Services Group [BSG] - fraudulent collect calls
my monthly phone bill with verizon went from $48.00 to almost $600.00 in ONE month.zpdi insists that someone accepted calls from a third party.no one is that stupid.i want the charges removed from my phone bill and zpdi to issue a credit or be prepared for an investigation from our attorney general MR.TOM CORBETT.i know he would be interested in exposing this company who preys on innocent people.this time they picked the wrong victim.i am not going to lose my home phone or have my credit ruined.no one at my home accepted any collect calls from anyone at any time $600.00 is absurd.that is all my utilities plus car insurance plus homeowners plus...

i too, have been billed. what can we do about this fraud.
I believe everyone of these complaints because it just happened to me. My 28.00 a month phone bill went to 112.00 because of a supposed collect call from a prison in South Carolina. We know no prisoners in SC or PA (where we live). I kept getting the run around from both my phone carrier and from this ZPDI company, each telling me to call the other. I too am going to put a complaint in to the Attorney General of PA. This kind of stuff makes my blood boil when they tell me I am lying!
