I purchased a sectional from your company, which I love. But, i've been out of work for two months, due to job closing because of the corona virus. Your company was the only company calling for paymentâ€¼ï¸ the supervisors kept pressuring me for a return date to work & how much could I pay, & that the payment had not been made in 60 days, the exact amount of days, that I have been without work. One would think that your supervisors have not been watching the news. This is truly a bad look for your companyâ€¼ï¸ it's was so unbelievable to me, I had to share it with my friends & family. They even asked about repossessing the furniture. How insensitive is your workers/company? I have mortgage & car payment & utilities... All of them were more than understanding! At this time, i'm sure that furniture would be the last worry that a family would have. Also, I never said that I wasn't going to pay the payments. Just was trying to explain, that there was no money in my account @ this time. I'm so disappointed in your company... So sad‼ï¸
I finance a laptop. I love it so I was happy to purchased it. Unfortunately I knew I would keep it regardless of the payment. So I destroyed the box it came in. But unfortunately money stop coming in so that leave me to take one computer back. Payment I could not meet. So I took it back but the manager will not take it back because the laptop is not in the box it came in. So I dont know what to do about the payment
