I purchased 10 tickets to Istanbul for April in September and I purchased insurance as well, since the situation in the middle east is collapsing we wanted to cancel/postpone the trip, well, we were completely unable to get in touch with the assistance, every time I tried to call they would just hang up saying there were too many calls to manage, there is no way to get assistance and moroever it seems that (but I cannot assure since I wasn't able to talk to anybody) I paid for an insurance that doesn't cover anything.
