Ordered the program on Jan. 21, 2021. After reviewing on-line content, requested via e-mail a cancellation. They responded they would issue a refund upon return of shipped materials.
Shipped materials have not arrived. Requested tracking information or proof of delivery without response.
Ignored further requests.
