TPP Wholesale hosting

As if the botched Uber migration wasn't bad enough, now these fraudsters are sending me fake domain renewals. Their "system" assumes the primary domain for your former Uber hosted reseller account is registered with them, and if it's not, they try to trick you into transferring it to Melbourne IT so they can charge obscene annual fees thereafter.

How is this even legal in Australia?

Their reseller support team is horrendous. Without doubt the worst support team I have ever dealt with - there is no urgency even on critical matters, no care and no accountability or responsibility.

I can't believe how poor their customer service is. I have received better service from $5 phone cover vendors overseas than I have from this multi-national company

If you have a choice, go elsewhere.
