First a fall I didn't subscribe this service some how it become active and deducted 8 aed from my account ok no problem I just cancle this service and got confirmation that ur subscription has been canceled after that I put 5 aed in my account just to check after got confirmation of cancellation they dedcuted 4.85 aed again again I go through same cancellation process and I shocked when I got msg that you are not subscribed to the package after this again I recharge for 5 aed yesterday and after 1 hr I got msg that ur service has been renewed which I never applied or request so I request you to please help me cause my this number is already shared in market with customers.

This web keeps taking my credit but i dont even watch it i unsubscribed it and it still takes my money wuthout permission so i want to sue them and get my money because every time i put credit in my phone it takes it all so i cant make phone calls and i want you to stop them and their service to me and cancel my subscribtion because this is stealing.
