On 30 May 23, I made an advanced payment of $3706.64 to TECO Energy, which included a convenience fee of ***%, in order to upgrade my residential electric by installing an underground cable and conduit. I also requested the removal of the existing underground cable. However, since making the payment and coordinating with TECO Energy, they have rescheduled the installation three times. This has caused me to lose trust and confidence in their ability to provide the services that I have already paid for. Therefore, I am requesting a reimbursement of the convenience fee, which amounts to $99.20. I would have preferred to pay this fee by check if I had known that my installation service would not be prioritized. Additionally, I kindly request that TECO Energy adheres to the agreed-upon rescheduling date of Friday, 11 August.
