Don’t buy the hype. Don’t buy the sales pitch. Run like hell away from this [censored] show. We were intrigued because of lower pricing, so we switched. Biggest mistake ever. Our bill is different every month. Good luck getting an agent on the phone with two functioning brain cells. Expect long holds. Non English speaking agents. My advice to anyone thinking of switching don’t. You don’t need the aggravation. IF you do, might I suggest getting your teeth drilled without benefit of novacaine. Yes it will hurt but eventually the pain will stop. TDS. Not so much. Their service is hit and miss. Long outages. No customer service. No refund for loss of service. Our remote stopped working we went to the office in North Spokane on Nevada. We went during†Business†hours and it was never open. We tried 3 or 4 times……in my 5th attempt I was finally able to make contact with the multicolored hair agent with so many piercings she looked like her face was shoved into a tackle box. Rude as hell. Totally disinterested. I asked for a new remote she said change the batteries…….(gosh never thought of that) when I explained I tried that she said go online get the number and they will send you a new one in a week or two…..WTF! If you are reading this and have had the same horrible experience we have I would like to hear from you. Im sure im not the only one who have been repeatedly screwed by these guys. Maybe 40-50 of us can just show up at the same time and video it while we all cancel sick of the BS. Cancelling tomorrow…….
