Class five road test incompetent staff
Paramjit did the road test with my son and he doomed my son for failure the second he even told my son how to back out of the angled parking spot in the parking lot. He made my son go the wrong way out of the angle parking and back into oncoming traffic which caused a traffic jam of four different vehicles having to move and my son almost damage the car hitting a curb because the instructor told him to go the wrong way. My son asked if you shouldn't be gone the other way and the instructor responded by saying just go that way. You cannot back out of angled parking the opposite way that you were supposed to… It just doesn't work. This person needs to be fired. Nobody should be going to this registry to get a road test done because the staff does not know how to do it properly. Paramjit Tried to deny the accusation and then when I showed him video of it and a couple pictures he just walked away and left me to deal with the managing branch partner. Paramjit needs to be fired and judging by the many complaints and low reviews everywhere on the Internet about this registry, everyone knows it.

road test
To be honest I read alot of bad review about this registry and I still went ahead and took my road test with them.
My Examiner was Paul, the ist attempt he said my stops were not long enough before I started moving and said some other things. ok nice complain
I went back to try again. he failed me again with unnecessary excuses.
I went third time again, I was given a devil in disguise as examiner called brenda. All laughing and the end of the test she said I was observing my environment too much, said I was doing 30km in playground zone instead of 50km just because there was no 30km sign saying that. she said I was supposed to stop at uncontrolled intersection that was concealed inbetween houses and look into the streets before proceding despite the fact that I have right of way. she was the same person that said I was making unnecesary stopping because I stopped at a yield point to give right if way to oncoming traffick.
This is so sad.
And you see their indian going for road test within 15mins they are back and passed.
I wonder why i'm being treated that way. its obvious because i' m black. and there is no perfect driver.
So so so sad.
bad customer services from staff/ owner/manger
Everybody should boycott taradale because the staff/owner/ manger don't have good customer services skills. I went in to renew my licence plated and was given Attitude and spoken to in a loud mean harsh way for no reason. By the lady who was suppose to be helping me and she was of no help and swore at me infront of everyone for no reason I was so embarrassed and humiliated infront of the staff, others in line. I later find out that she was the supervisor their. I get a hold of the manger through email only to be told it will be investigated and but no apology from the supervisor only from the manger who wasn't even their. I had to again respond to the manger 8 days later because I got no respond back I had told her to watch the video she said she had and that she noticed nothing usual that day by her employee. She took her employees side and dis guarded my complaint. So I wanted to talk to the owner to find out that the manger is the owner too. So I wasn't happy with the way it was handled she didn't care if I don't use her business again. And she sent my emails without my permission to service Alberta and so I complaint to BBB and service Alberta and she even sent my emails to BBB saying I have a problem with brown skin Because I had said their were only east Indian people all working their and shouldn't their be multiculturalism and that I took a long time and that the supervisor couldn't help others because of me and that I
didn't understand the laws and regulations, so that is the reason why her employees took a long time. As you can see it's not only the employees fault but the owner/ manger she isn't profession either and doesn't know how to deal with the public properly. And she uneducated because she has all these east Indian people working their yet she could tell that I'm 100 percent east Indian as well from seeing the video or seeing my name. I could be just as immature as her and post the letter in which she wrote all this nonsense to BBB in but I'm not as childish or uncivil like the owner of
taradale registry is. And really people like that shouldn't be in business when their don't know how to treat people in general and with respect.
There is one Indian guy with eyeglass.he is so rude with people.and he dont hide proper way to customer..its really disponte me..all the time..they should need to fire him thxx.
The manager and the staff are incapable of understanding their clients and have 0 customer service skills. I was there as a newcomer and provided them my rental as a address confirmation. They had taken the same rental agreement 3 times before and this time they refused saying that my wife didn't sign in one of the places. It was a south indian looking over make up girl who said the rental contract isn't valid. She discriminated me on the basis of where I was from as she saw my passport and started speaking in Hindi when I was speaking to her in English. This place is racially and culturally baised. The owner should train its useless staff on customer service and better service to Albertans. Appears that the owner basically hires those who are incompetent and can be paid less. Same address worked 3 times before and this time it didn't. The manager was an imcompetent person following teenager staff's suggestion. The owner of this registry should be changed and a better leadership should be provided to the staff who are like chicken herd. Albertans deserve better service than this place provides. Pls avoid this place if you have a little self respect.
i went to do the road test today, and i ended up with an grumpy serbien that wanted to fail me no matter what i did, i got a feeling that he is not happy with his life and wants to fail as many as possible, offcourse the taradale like him and keep him working there becouse he makes them money by failing drivers. i was driving safe and sound he he did not like that he actually told me at the end that i could of gone 85 on an speed limit of 80..?
if you get the this examiner just say that you want someone els.. his name is Paul a white skinny scranny guy with glases.
The fat lady at front desk (probably filipina and named Zen i believe) is the rudest and most uncivilised, racist and would eso not let WP/SP holders to renew their health cards. She looks at us like we are criminials n outsiders and finds one after another excuse to send us back. She did the same with me and my brother. I went to another Registry and applied for my health card renewal in 5 minutes without any problems. Taradale registry owners seriously need to read and update their staff if theu want their clients happy at all. Would never return nor would recommend any of my friends or family to this place ever.
There is this examiner at taradale registry named Paul who has an unusual propensity to fail drivers. I took my advanced drivers exam because Its a 15 ride to my place. Having been driven for a while I am confident because of the amount of prep that I did plus I have been driving here and abroad for more than a decade. I told myself that it didn't matter whether I will be tested on a place that I am not familiar with because I know what I will do. Well this Paul on my first attempt took me to a residential made me do a left turn on an area where the 30 km school zone was concealed on the right. If you are driving and the examiner tells you to make left turn you will do the usual check so since that sign is concealed and your in motion it will be impossible to see it. Unless you are just walking there of course. I was driving 40-45 since I was not able to see it and a few seconds later he told me that I should slow down a bit because of that sign so I did. I thought it was fine maybe I will just incur deductions because in my opinion I was driving perfectly fine. I believe that all of you know it as well when you did good or otherwise. Your instinct will tell you. When we had our briefing I was all smiles because I knew that over all I did well and he even said that there were just some minor mistakes. Of course, driving is not about perfection it is more about knowing what to do and how to make yourself and others safe. However, he failed me because he said I did 40 on a 30 and I could have been ticketed for it! Then he told me that I did not make the signals when I was doing the uphill parking. May be I did not but he told me to park immediately after the vehicle that he pointed so it was an immediate reaction on my part to obey what he wanted me to do. But imagine I failed the 1st time because I did 40 on 30? He could have just deducted some points away. I did not bother to argue and instead booked again a second try the next day because at least I know where he got me. I remembered that concealed 30km playground sign. The next exam he was again my examiner. He was his usual hypocritical self, trying to be nice but I wasn't intimidated because I had a perfect game plan. I thought I did and he got me again. My deductions were only 50 enough to really pass the advanced but he gave me an F because he said I passed through an uncontrolled intersection without checking. I argued with him because again I wasn't really fast because it was residential and I took it upon myself to be 5km below the max speed. I told him it was not discernible BECAUSE the area is concealed and covered with trees that you can only see a hint of road markings when you are almost in front of it so you won't be able to see that it is an uncontrolled intersection. You will think of it as just a normal street in a residential area that you can through as along as you are within speed limits. I told him that I know what to do in that intersection it is just it is concealed from a far that you would not know that there is a street in there unless you are almost or infront of it. These examiners think that they can play with people. They don't know the amount of time, money and effort that we put in it. Imagine I scored 50 but still failed because of that concealed uncontrolled intersection that all you have to do is to slow down give right of way to other vehicles if you there is and clear. In my case there was none so I was fine passing through. He just wanted me to be slower than 50 and check. As I told him how can I do that if I cannot see it from a far? What he could have done since I drove well was to ask if I know what to do in an uncontrolled intersection so as to validate besides he knows that it is hard for drivers to recognize that area because it is concealed. That's my bad experience in taradale. So think twice to go there for road test. Especially THAT PAUL. One more thing, when I was there I saw that he also failed the driver before me so if you wanna fail several times Go To PAUL at Taradale Registry.
Taradale registry is ran by a bunch of East Indian crooks. Don't take your road test with them. They will fail you on hopes of have you come back to pay more money.
The instructors are all Hindu and crooks.I just wish I didn't spend money with them.
I want to complain them I took a road test with taradale registry I was unfairly failed because the examiner said that I didn't stoop on red light at the end of the exam while when I was doing he said nothing these guys are scammer don't go there
I have been going to the Taradale Registry for a few years now and have never had a problem. The lines move quickly and the main problem I see are people who themselves don't understand the laws and the paperwork that is required by law. These laws are made by the government and the registries have to abide by them. Driving is a privilege, not a right, so if you have the proper paperwork and follow their instructions there shouldn't be any problems. I have seen people try to get away with outrageous things and then get angry with the staff for not complying. Don't blame others for your failure to provide proper identification, insurance pink cards and for not being honest yourselves. They have always been respectful and considerate towards me and they do have an mix of ethnic employees so bringing that into the equation is petty and has no bearing on someone enforcing the laws or whether they are nice or not. If they were rude or disrespectful I would stop going there. Fast!
I been in taradale registry 1 hour ago to renew my alberta health card i was freaking pissed because the lady who help me out is trying to impressed me because she's a registry employee And thinking that she was smarter than me when it comes to immigration stuff. Her name is ZEN she is filipina also but she so freaking rude! I know that im not a permanent resident but i deserve to treat as equal i know the procedure how to get the alberta health card. I was trying to be good to her! All i want is to renew my health care... So anyway i give all the original documents to her including the original copy of my open work permit and then she's asking for another document like a letter from immigration that my name show on it but i dont have it i only letter that i have is the approval letter from the immigration that my husband is eligible to sponsor me here in canada i was trying to explain every single detail but she doesnt want to listen she keep arguing with me.. She keep on doing what she want! And the worst part is when she told me that all my documents is garbage! So we end up for nothing! She didn't allow me to use my work permit to get my health care! So after that i walked out and go to sunridge registry The lady there asking for my work permit my old health care number and a piece of id after 10 mins. Its done! Its preety easy! Thank to the lady who help me out there and to miss liza! But we already filed a complaint to ZEN hope u will learned ur lesson...
