Superior Association Management This company that manages our HOA is a real pain in the butt!

This company that manages our HOA is a real pain in the butt! They keep bothering us by sending letters with pictures of our front yard, even though we already told them that we have a lawn care company that comes every two weeks. They just don't seem to get it! And when we tried to reach out to them about some drainage problems in our neighborhood, they never answer the phone or call us back. It's really frustrating!
