Bad material used
Sumadhura construction MD Mr Madhu, He donot know how to talk with customers. there is no manner. Simply shouts on customers who has already booked flat and ask for clarifications.They uses very cheap material in buildings. lots of deviation from model flat shown So better donot go with this builder. They will take 90 percent of payments and building will not complete even 50 percent. they will launch another project again will grab the money from there, Their marketing person will talk a lot about the quality, but actually deliver flat will be different.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

This Mohan Reddy from Sumadhura construction is a third rated character you would ever want to deal with. Pathetic builder they are who had the worst name and fame in Hyderabad and now have come to bangalore to cheat us. Even their employees have left them after being harassed. I know one person who was working with them and now left the job.

I totally agree with you in this aspect. Came to know that they are now an ISO certified company. I too booked a 2 BHK flat at Anandham and the possession was given on time. It was a hassle free process. Overall it was an excellent experience.

We've bought a 2BHK apartment from them (Vasantham) for our daughter back in 2014. The whole experience for us has been very very decent. I recently learnt that they are now an ISO certified company. So I am not sure what you are gaining by speaking ill of them.

I have been looking to buy a property in Sumadhura and i had been to their sales office at the site I found the team good with positive attitude and full of enthusiasm
its very true...mohan reddy is a 3rd class charecter, rude and arrogant, who has no repsect for customers...please don't buy any flat from Sumadhura constructions, either Sumadhura Sawan or Sumadhura Anandam...also post this in other forums too...

I am planning to book an apartment with Sumadhura builder (sumadhura anandam). Most of the reviews read are worst and pathetic. Can anyone, who has already bought an apartment from this builder, pls let me know whether or not going with this builder is suggested?
As mentioned earlier, Sumadhura is a third rated builder and Mohan Ready is the leader of their rascal employees. They don't have human sense and bloddy don't know how to talk with customers. Pretty cheap builders you would like to deal with.
This builder are goondas and change their wordings/commitment in few hours. I dealt with them and they decided a price/sq feet for me. The next day, when I went for booking they said they can n't give it in that pricing and denied that they had ever committed to this price. So, imagine, if the builder is such (cheap and betrayer) during the start of the project, what they can do with you and your money afterwards. Obviously, not even the last option to go with these kind of third-rated cheap builders.
They have this guy named Mohan Reddy who does not know how to behave with people and I have even heard about him not listening to buyers about the construction quality and has dealt with many customers in a rude manner. The nastiest person you would ever want to deal/talk with.
I cannot thank Sumadhura enough for offering me the kind of home that I always wanted to live in. Full of warmth and serenity with all facilities integrated. The process of purchase also was very sorted as all the work was carried out meticulously by the officials from Sumadhura.
Sumadhura is ISO certified builders and can be trusted, as per rera rules every builders should get the occupancy certificate for ready to move projects, when we saw the projects each and every document they should us for the proof. please visit once and have the conclusion not as per words of others.

I have read so many reviews for sumadhura builders, and they have all complaints only.. but when i called them and tried to buy flat, they very good builders. They have gave all documents to verification purpose, and quality construction is also super good. I have enquired with some of my friends and office collegues also. so i booked flat in Shikaram. they have best amenities and gym also.
Sales and CRM people are always good ot you but only until you book and pay. Only a review by a Purchaser after he or she has paid more than 90% is note worthy.
There is a new construction by sumadhura group, in whitefield, Eden gardens. The pricing is pretty decent and affordable.I called their sales executives for details, I could not believe the kind of service provided, it was excellent. They reached out to me when ever i requested a call back. Owned up everything and showed all the approvals, took me for a site visit . Im planning to book an apartment with them - their approvals and documents seem to be authentic. If anyone has booked a flat in eden gardens please give suggestions.

This Builder is expert in showing that flats size in SBUA and Project open space as more on Papers, You will get to know it as low when you get it at the end. Many Consumers fall into this loop hole because of pricing... This is trick
I just got a new apartment from Sumadhura, we are very happy with the service. We did not know anything about buying a house.. it was all new for us. Sumadhura and their team has been with us through out. As new buyers, we did not know much about the process, Sumadhura has done a great job. We have had no problems with them, everything was done as promised, and they kept us informed at every stage. thank you the amazing service.

How can these people include Un-Approved Blocks in Soham Brochure and do sale? Does this not affect in getting OCs in future from concerned authorities? Customers should be very careful while investing their hard earned money in these kind of projects by these kind of builders.
Also heard that Quality of construction of Sumadhura builders are pathetic...
Better go for Tier 1 Builders like near by Presige Boulevard / Sobha Builders ..

HI siva as per RERA act each ready to move project should get occupancy certificate and ongoing project should have commencement certificate, This is what the act clearly mentions. So RERA certified builders and the project certificate can be trusted clearly. I with sumadhura connection they are RERA certified builders and the project i was looking is ready to move so they suggested me silver ripples and shikharm with the occupancy certificate proof. So if people are looking for buying a project please do visit and have the seen proof.

It is Good Project for Builder point of view, Tried his best possible means in accommodation of Maximum number of Units in a G+4 Project in 4 acres. Around 300 units.

I just got to read your comment, and i feel that it is completely un satisfied, i personally met MR Madhu he is well behaved and so understandable person, i had plan of buying home but in shortage of money, even when i approved with the loan some sort of shortage around a lack, for the reason we happened to meet him but he is such a friendly person, he agreed to the situation of paying the money later. well understable i defienetly recommend sumadhura for all my friends and relatives.
I have booked an apartment in Sumadhura silver ripples, and i have received excellent service from them, from the time i purchased the flat till now. So far everything has happened within the promised timelines, and the handover has also happened within the promised time.
I was initially confused for this builder with the reviews but when i attended to try it once by visiting the site and viewing the place i was quite satisfied with them and i dint find any bad material used, instead they showed me all the quality check to look into it when i asked them about the quality, The sense of bad behaving am totally against it they were so professional and kindness to the customer. I think you are mentioning some wrong person o may the bad experience.
