I am so happy with STL Build Pro. Our experience was really good from start to finish. Jason did a great job with the estimate, he pointed out other things on our list that they could do while they painted the whole house. Tony explained every step of each project really well, and made us feel better about everything. Scott and Dustin did all the projects (installing a bathroom vent, fixing cracks and holes in the drywall, adding something to the cabinets, fixing part of the baseboard, and of course painting) with really good quality and skill. I really recommend STL Build Pro for any home projects! They will be the first people we call for any future projects.

Replacement of the old exterior pipe handrail with a new double handrail made of low-quality, unfinished knotty pine wood was done by STLBuildPro in the fall of 2019. They informed me that the wood needed a few months to "season." I paid $720 for the project, and they offered an additional $350 for stain and seal if I wanted it.

In the last two weeks of April , I made four phone calls to the company to request a reinspection of the handrail construction due to several discrepancies. Unfortunately, I encountered some issues. Two of the posts have split, one handrail is warped with a one and a half inch gap measurement error, and the 45-degree cut spindles were mistakenly placed upside down.

As of now, there has been no resolution to these problems.
