Buy new bike at this shop and went to this service shop on this morning 27.07.2019 at 9.30am want to service my y15zr for 4th times service. Change new enggine oil and yamaha oil filter. After service and payment had done they refuse to sign up at the yamaha service book as usual after services done. One of the staff said that if you buy the engine oil and oil filter at this shop only then they will sign up the service book. How come customer cannot buy those stuff at others shop? For your info the 3rd service also engine oil and oil filter buy at others shop and they sign up service book. Please take action at this dealers becouse it will impact on the warranty of my bike.
