I worked a shift Sunday 2/15/2026 from 6a to 6p at Ennis Care Center in Ennis Texas, via Shiftkey. $507.06 was deducted from my payment for "Robinson Rehab and nursing LLC dated 2025-06-30, 1800-0600". I never worked for that facility and was never overpaid by that facility. I contacted Shiftkey on Monday 2/16/2026 and was told I would have resolution with in 48-72 business hours. I received an email from Shiftkey on 2/17/2026 stating I would get a response within 48-72 business hours. I did not receive a response within that timeframe and contacted Shirfkey today 2/20/2026. I was told my case # 02418012 was still in progress. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told they can't give me their information. They would have to submit a request to speak to a supervisor. That response time would be the same, 48 - 72 business hours. This is unacceptable and I need my payment today. I'm going to file a complaint with the US department of labor, Consumer complaint portal, and get legal assistance if I do not receive my payment today.
Desired outcome: Payment today or tomorrow at the latest

Also file a consumer complaint through the Attorney General's office for whatever State you live in as they are the ones over ALL licensed businesses! You can do it right online and it will walk you through it, very easy to do!
