SelectQuote Life Uses overseas call centers to bypass US laws

SelectQuote (SQ) uses foreign call centers to bypass US "do not call" laws. These centers bombard US citizens with calls about Medicare supplements and final expense insurance to generate leads. Once you get a SQ agent they will add you to their "internal do not call list" which does nothing to stop calls from the centers they pay overseas. Shameful. And, illegal.

This company does bait & switch & is a waste of time to deal with. Check with friends who have term life insurance instead, when looking for yours. Here's what happened to me: 1. They gave me a $27/month quote for $500K 20 year term life insurance policy - I'm a 38 year old woman in good health, non-smoker. 2. After I did all the paperwork & blood work...
