I am writing regarding the booking of my mother, who is currently in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on an Umrah visa, with a return flight originally scheduled on 10 April 2026 with Saudi Arabian Airlines (Saudia). We have received your notification that the flight has been rescheduled to 20 April 2026.

However, as per the regulations of the Government of Saudi Arabia, Umrah pilgrims are required to exit the Kingdom before 18 April 2026 in preparation for the upcoming Hajj season.

In this regard, we kindly request your urgent assistance to reschedule her flight to an earlier date, preferably before 18 April 2026, to avoid any overstay penalties or legal complications beyond our control.

Please note that this situation has arisen due to the airline’s rescheduling, and we would highly appreciate your cooperation in facilitating an earlier departure.
