Sam's Club tired of being ripped!

First, let me say that Paula of Sams Club Membership stated that other consumers would see this as a poor me versus poor service. If you do, that is fine, however I believe there are likely many more Humans out there, who are tired of being ripped.

On November 4, 2006, I purchased a 9ft Christmas Tree and 3 boxes of Stainless Steel Landscape lights from Sam's, where members are supposed to be getting the best deals. On December 09, 2006, I was in the store again, and found that the tree is now $40.00 less than 35 days ago, and the landscape lights are now $20.00 less/box than the same date. I spoke with a manager-Lori about this, and Lori said that they would not refund me the difference (A Member), as I didn't have my receipt, but even if I had it had to be noticed within 30 days of purchasing the product. I purchased this product from the very store they are now reduced, and I have to notice a reduction in the price in order to get a matched price from the same store which is supposed to be offering the best deals to members-What is wrong with this picture. Then Crissie, a Customer service representative, told me that I couldn't just come to the customer service counter and state I had gotten some item without a receipt, because then just anybody would be coming and doing this-mind you, again I am a member and they keep records of member purchases. All of this took place at the Sam's Club Store in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The member services representative I spoke with-Paula, did state that I could take my Christmas tree back down, pull up my landscape lights, and return the used items to the store with the receipt to get a refund on a gift card, and then turn around and purchase the items again at the cheaper price-Am I the only one that sees a problem with this picture?

I was there for 15 minutes and asked for the burger without salad because I did not like it and I did not even get potatoes. The day shift is perfect in everything !Night shift equals zero.I hope these bugs will be compensated!?!€!

Yesterday I bought 2 boxes of raspberries. I opened 1 box last night and all the raspberries were rotten.
Today I opened the other box and the raspberries were rotten too.
It is not the first time.
What I could do?

I buy members mark salmon and pea grain free dog food have been for about yr or so. Been finding other kinds of dog food in it. It a redish orange color. It has dyes in it. Found bout 40 in last bag new bag also has some in it. R u changing it or is this something that shouldn't b in it. Picture has grain free on right and what I found on left...

I visited Store # 4764 To get a Battery I Spoke with A Sales Associate By the name of Freddy And I received the Worst Customer Service Ever I Attempted To Explain that my Car Died in the parking lot and this guy began to over talk me and assumed I needed Air in my tire ... He stated to me That We Are very Busy u can come back

I've been buying this litter for years and it's always been wonderful... until this last container. It won't scoop! I have no choice but to dispose of it and purchase another container. I am very disappointed.

I am owed over $2, 000 in reward money. I accidentally closed my account ( did not see any warning about not being able to redeem this money ).

I have a screen shot of my statement but I don't want to email it on here until I talk with someone in person.

I asked for assistance to 3 people 3 different times & no one assisted me. Employees walked right past me while i was waiting to be assisted. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager never showed up. What is the point of having so many employees & being such a big company if the employees aren't going to do their job

the same things happens at all Sams Clubs. I worked for them for over 20 years and worked in many locations. they do have a payroll budget to adhere to, way to low if you ask me. I(t provides very poor member service. I was one of those managers that gets the complaints and there really is no one elde to put on a register because we were never allowed to hire anyone else. We had to come in at less payroll this year vs. last year all the time. We had to cut hours for everyone if we ended the week too high. Fridays were horrible as it is the last day of the work week and hours had to be cut to make payroll, no matter how busy you were. Graduation season for the bakery associates is a nightmare. the expectations for these people is extremely unreasonable. "they have to continue to take orders for cakes, no matter how many they have, and are expected to have them ready no matter what. the catch to this is this... no more payroll given to them, no extra bodies to assist, if they go over their scheuled hours they get written up, l it is a horrible situation for the cake decorators and the Fresh manager themselves. I know whover reads this and has been in this situation would be happy if this gets out to the public and people open their eyes and see what harm this company is causing to the working people and the unbelievable expectations for anyone who works there. i finnally left after so many years and have never been happier in my life. This company has undergone so many changes in the past 15 years, it is hard to believe they still make money, but thats what its all about, isnt it?

WTF = Shop at the end of season - - How the hell do you expect to purchase something and then if it goes on sale want a refund - thats the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard - If you buy a burger and fries for 5.00 and it's a special the next day for 4 do you want the freakin dollar back. And hey you in Mexico - Stay the hell out then for god sakes - - seems like you keep going to get felt up.

Service is difficult enough to find at Sam's Club; but, this lack of service is tolerated in that they frequently have lower pricing. It does not bother me that they do not supply bags in that I prefer to use my own. I am an enviromentalist and as such I have mesh bags and canvas bags that I use each time I purchase groceries or other items that fit within...
