Awful return policy and incorrect sizing
I placed an order for 2 jumpers totaling $210. I checked the sizing chart before purchase. When they arrived, they were too big. By their recommendation, for cost effective shipping, I returned them by USPS which cost $67! Then on top of it, they want to charge 15% restocking fee! This is [censored]! This, in effect, has cost almost $100 to look at the item...

Extremely long handling time for order. I requested an update and they gave me a tracking number and informed me it had been shipped, despite it not actually being in possession of the courier yet. It's been nearly a month and I still haven't received my order, I may have to file a dispute. I give them a star for pricing and selection.
