Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my recent experience on flight FR4107 from Leeds to Wrocław.
I purchased priority boarding specifically to ensure a smooth and stress-free travel experience. Unfortunately, the service I received fell far short of these expectations.
Firstly, I was not permitted to bring a cup of coffee on board. I found this decision both surprising and inconsistent, as I travel frequently and have never encountered such a restriction with other airlines. Given that you sell hot drinks onboard, it is difficult to understand why passengers are prohibited from carrying their own beverages. I would appreciate clarification on this policy.
Secondly, the priority boarding process itself was highly disappointing. Although priority passengers were allowed to enter first, we were then held for approximately 30 minutes in a very narrow concrete staircase. The space was overcrowded, with children, elderly passengers, and people carrying luggage all tightly packed together. The conditions were uncomfortable and, at times, concerning, as some individuals appeared to struggle due to the lack of space and ventilation.
This experience was far from what I would consider “priority†boarding. In fact, it caused unnecessary stress and discomfort before the flight had even begun. Ironically, this prolonged wait would have been the only opportunity to enjoy the drink I was not allowed to bring onboard.
I would like to understand how such a situation occurred and what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, I believe this experience does not reflect the level of service promised with priority boarding, and I would appreciate your response regarding this matter.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours faithfully
Agnieszka Singh
