Excellent customer service by tech Abijah. He explained what he was doing, and also what happened to our dishwasher. He was very efficient and professional, and we are very happy with the result.

Friendly, professional, courteous, and quick service! Our technician was able to get our microwave working, even though we needed a new part. Once the part was in, they were out the next day and installed it.

Runyon diagnosed and fixed microwave oven effectively. When solution to fix microwave could not be accomplished at location after two visits, it was taken to Runyon to perform further testing for final solution.

This store was the perfect place to find a appliance. From the time we walked in the door Jason was so very helpful and informative and we were able to purchase the refrigerator the same day! Thank you so very much for all your help.

We had a great experience with Runyon. A tech came out quickly and let us know what was wrong with our washer. He ordered the parts and replaced them just a few short days later. Now our washer is going strong; I feel like we have several more good years in it due to the repairs.

Great experience, I had a two visit need for my dryer and had the same tech and he was super. Knew his craft, was early each visit and took care of my problems timely and completely. They have a asset in the gentleman who was here and I recommend this company at the highest level.

John actually came by a few times, first for the combo microwave/oven, ( we now have a new microwave/oven, as it couldn't be repaired ), then for the clothes dryer, and a week later, for the washing machine. The washer & dryer are working perfectly. Good guy, who knew what he had to do.

Runyon diagnosed my ice maker water line and showed me how to fix it myself (not covered under home warranty). Second time was for the motor. Knowledgeable tech. Arrived as scheduled and worked quickly. Needed a part but did a temp fix that probably saved our refrigerator and a ton of money. Repair cost was reasonable. Trustworthy. I'd go to them again if needed.

My repair was done through *** and the contract hooked me up with this company and they were great. My refrigerator needed parts they ordered them and it did take a couple of days but they were very prompt and sped it up as fast as they could And the technician was very friendly and professional and my refrigerator is running fantastic great job I would recommend them to anyone

The man who came out to service the dryer was friendly, very thorough, and very professional. It was refreshing, considering that most of the service people who are sent when appliances are under warranty don't necessarily reflect the best service people in the business -- but I will highly recommend Runyon and hope that they will continue to service my warranted appliances.

Runyon's Appliance works as a contractor for American Home Shield Insurance. My refrigerator dispenses ice through the door but it started 6 months ago to dispense too much ice and it either fell onto the floor or stayed in the chute. When that happens it usually holds the flapper open letting hot air into the freezer sometimes melting the ice cream. Runyon Appliance had three house calls to fix the problem. They indicated the ice machine wasn't shutting off soon enough. So they replaced a motor stating that would fix the problem. Then when the ice tray had ice, I tried to get ice and found the problem wasn't fixed. They then sent out their top technician but he couldn't determine what was wrong and his manager couldn't either. But, when the top technician left my home, he said he would ask AHS approval to replace something else which "should help". So, they contacted AHS and between them they determined the mechanical part of the ice maker worked fine so AHS didn't give approval for Runyon Appliance to continue work on my unit. Runyon Appliance didn't get approval and the ice continues to rush out, some on the floor and some in the chute. My problem is NOT fixed.
