Flowers for funeral
Ordered flowers on 10/21/22 for a funeral to be delivered 10/24/22 to the tune of $113.40. Went to the services and no flowers. Called them and I felt I was getting the run around. I gave them a chance to send them to the church for the funeral mass and they didn't do that either. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and State Attorneys office. I am not going to wait for a refund, contacting bank and disrupting the charge as a SCAM.
Desired outcome: That the flowers would be delivered as promised!

I ordered a orchid set for $122.00 and had an odd feeling about the person taking down my information and doing the transaction. So after a few minutes of thinking, I decided to investigate deeper, and found this message board with loads of comments saying they were scammed! I immediately called and cancelled my order with him and my supervisor called the card to cancel the transaction, as this was an order through our company. Sure enough 30 mins later I received the same email so many others have about them not being able to deliver in my location. The only reason I chose them is because they popped up when I googled local florist. I don't know what to do with this information, but I want to help others not be put in this position. Has anyone figured out a way to stop them or let it be known?
Desired outcome: Have them stopped and shut down. Everyone deserves a full refund.

On September 13, 2022, I ordered a large arrangement to be delivered to the funeral home in Knoxville, Tennessee for an aunt that passed away. I googled Knoxville, Tennessee area florists, and this company's name came up. I called and they immediately charged my debit card $122.76 for the order. After confirming the order, they sent me an email message not 10 minutes later saying that they were very sorry; that they unfortunately do not deliver in that area, and they would immediately refund my money. That was over 30 days and two additional phone calls ago. I'm done with them. I've contacted my debit card company to generate a refund, and I plan to turn them in to every authority and board I can. Somebody stop them, please!
Desired outcome: This seems to be a pattern with Roger Florist. Shut them down.
I ordered an arrangement for my nephews funeral that was never delivered. I contacted my bank as soon as I found out. I never received an email from them about my order but they charged my card 90.93. This seems to be their practice.

i ordered birthday flowers for my daughter and the order was cancelled by them promising a refund back to my credit card , of course i havent received a refund although its only been 10 days i dont anticipate getting anything after reading other reviews seems as this is a normal thing they do , something has to be done with this fake florists

Cancelled my order but kept my money
After doing a Google search for florists in my area, I placed an order with Roger Florist for funeral flowers. The order was accepted & my bank account was charged. 1 hour later Roger Florist cancelled my order saying they do not deliver to my area & promised a refund in 10-20 days but the refund never comes.
This company has hundreds of complaints all saying the same thing, placed an order, order is cancelled and no refund. They are Scammers and have been doing this for a while under different names. They need to be shut down.

Oct. 24, 2022. Placed order for flowers then got email saying not able to deliver in area. No refunds has been received
Placed an order on 9/20/22 and it was not fulfilled. Have been calling weekly to have my card refunded $83.40. They keep telling me it has been refunded yet there is no refund on my card. I call every 2-3 days, they follow up with email and nothing is resolved.

Non delivery of flowers
I placed an order to be delivered to my daughter's home in Phoenix Oregon which is just a few miles (three) from Medford Oregon in which the ad is advertised as a florist that delivers.. I placed my order and was assured it would be delivered by 5pm that day... I was also told that my receipt would be emailed to me within minutes of placing the order... I waited approx. 5 hrs and called the company back... I was informed at this time that the order had been cancelled as they do not deliver to that area... I stated why was I not informed and was told "oh go look in your spam folder" I explained there was nothing in any part of my email boxes not had it ever been sent.. The gentlemen went on to say "Oh there must've been a misunderstanding" I replied no... no there was no misunderstanding and also my money was not put back on my card... H argued "oh it had to have been". No it's still not on my card 3 days later.. Their ad states on their contact us that they will reply withing minutes... NEVER ONCE have they replied to my emails and when I call to inquire about my money the phone gets hung up on me... This is beyond the WORST COMPANY. I have ever had to deal with.. I would never ever recommend the company for anything or even mention that they exist... Very unprofessional and hard to understand on phone as it's obvious English is a second language...

I placed an order for flowers online with Roger Florists and they took my credit card and charged me immediately and shortly later that day on 6/7/22 they indicated that they were unable to deliver to that location. Then indicated they would credit me back immediately.
I communicated with them 8 different times by email and they promised to credit me back each time and yet they never have as of 7/22/22.

On February 17, 2023, I ordered online and paid for a bouquet of flowers to the tune of $57.76 to be delivered the same day. Since I did not receive a confirmation number or email, I called their number several times without an answer. When finally someone did answer, I asked for some method of confirmation, only to have the gentleman hang up on me. I called several times thereafter, and got a recording indicating something was not right. I kept calling and this time, the phone rang continually with no answer.
I immediately researched them online and found approximately 400 unresolved complaints to the Better Business Bureau.
How are these people allowed to get away with this? To lose any amount of money to crooks is unfortunate but especially when you have no recourse.

Have the same issue with them. Ordered on line in December 13, 2022, no delivery, got a email of cancellation and promise of a refund. Call the outlet on December 21, 2022 and place another order after receiving assurance that they deliver to the location I wanted it sent. No delivery, received email of cancellation and promised refund. It's now four months later and still no refund, $75.94 and $64.18 respectively, and no one to talk to. So I submitted a complaint to the BBB.
They should be reported to the local authority and maybe have a class action lawsuit file against them.

Ordered flowers on the 24th of February to go to my nephews funeral and they never showed. I called the next morning to inquire as to why they had not been received. I was then told my order had been canceled ( no notice whatsoever)and my money would be refunded in 3 to 5 business days. It is now the 7th of March and still no refund. So my husband calls a few minutes ago and inquires about our refund and the guy tells him we will have it in 2 days and hangs up on him! RUDE MUCH?! Florist customer service, the only option was via email, to ask
about the delivery. They responded and said they could not
deliver to her address and had issued a refund. I waited several
days but did not receive the refund. I contacted them again and
they sent a record of $81 being refunded and asked me to give
my bank another day or two to deposit the refund. The first issue
was that I was charged $91.70 for the flowers not $81 Roger Florist
states they have refunded. The other issue is that the refund has
never actually been sent to my bank. At this point, Roger Florist
has refused to tell me why the supposed refund is only $81 or
give me any update of the refund itself. Roger Florist has
stalled on information regarding the refund and refused to
answer my question about why the refund amount is not the
amount they charged. As of yesterday, I asked for resolution
within 24 hours. Roger Florist has not answered my final message
or issued the refund that was promised.
100% a scam. I tried calling the phone number on the website to follow up on a refund they claimed to have sent 2 weeks ago. The person that answered out me on hold (set the phone down and sighed heavily) then picked the phone up to tell me they spoke with finance and my refund was just issued, then promptly hung up. I am now attempting to dispute the charge with my bank.
