After receiving damage from Hurricane Harvey in October 2017, I received $5, 217.25 from Texas Windstrom Insurance.This work was completed in December of 2017. I paid $14, 037.25 to have these repairs done. Reverse Mortgage Solutions returned to me $521.72 of the monies paid from Texas Windstorm Insurance . I'm still owed from Reverse Mortgage Solution $4, 695.53 less the inspection fee of $175.00 for the total sum owed to me $4, 520.53. They are now telling me my property is under insured.

Avoid dealing with them

Reverse Mortgage Solutions refinanced my house loan and because of that my monthly payments should have become smaller. At first it was just like that but then payments started to grow without any reason and despite that it was mentioned in a contract that they should be fixed. I asked them for the explanation and refund of overpaid money but got refusal. Avoid dealing with them.
