Due to your modification of the above flight caused me to book at the hotel in Beirut one night before the flight since my travel from Aleppo to Beirut will let me arrive late at the flight time.
There for I ask you to consider this situation and make the compesation for this case.

You're treated like you're someone off the street and they don't owe you anything
I bought a vacation package with Reservation Services International and when I call to change the date that take out my payment to make it easier for me take refuse. I even called them earlier enough thinking they could arrange this, they refuse and were very nasty to me and wanted to charge me a late fee also tried to intimidate me regard this matter which I felt was not good customer service. I could see if I want to cancel, all I wanted to do was just change the payment date and nothing else.
RSI does not treat their clients with dignity, you’re treated like you’re someone off the street and they don’t owe you anything, even though you’re working hard to pay for a package you have bought that helps keep the employees employed.. Stay away from RSI
