Visited on 3-1 at approx. 1PM and grandson found two hairs on food. server promptly replaced said food. When I said I would only pay for one sandwich she stated the bill would be forgiven due to mishap.
Opened up CC statement today and low and behold if the charge was still there.
I was told I would not have to pay yet I am still paying. Whats with that?
Spoke to manager Steve (4-6) and he gave me this info to try to resolve issue
Claimed loss: 25.55
Desired outcome: gift card in the amount of 30 for this trouble I am going thru
