I tried to book for my brother travelling from Manila (Philippines) to Milan (Italy) for the 6th of april. I made a payment from my 1st bank account and since the website of qatar airways log out, so i didn't get the electronic ticket. I thought everything was gone and it was not successful but the money from my bank was debited after one day. I again made another booking, same flight details on the same day, and it was successful, so i paid it to my second bank account. Now i want to get my money back
