I wanted to ask for refund, but the seller stopped to respond

I ordered skincare ingredients from www.purenature.co.nz. I received an email stating that the order was shipped and I waited for the further details. The delivery date was 1/3/2016 and I didnâ€™t get it. I informed the seller and said that I would wait a week and if I didnâ€™t get the order, I would ask for the full refund. He said ok and when I emailed him again two days ago, he hasnâ€™t responded to my emails. Scamming website.
